One particular desk clerk was especially kind and helpful. Her name is Dailyn.

There was an awful odor in our bathroom and the floor we stayed on the hallway smelled like cat pee

Front desk needs to work on her people skills. She has no personality. Was not friendly. Barely said a word to us while checking in/out. DO NOT stay here if the restaurant upstairs is hosting a party or you will not be able to get any sleep with the LOUD music playing well after midnight.

Room was dated, smelled musty some furniture was in need of replacement

A lot of freeway and road noise so had to wear earplugs to sleep. The bed was very comfortable.

When I moved the pillows on my bed there was black stuff on the bedding. I called the front desk. After about 2 hours a man came to the door and handed me sheets. I asked him if he wanted to see it. Once he saw it he went and got the manager and housekeeper. They looked at it and took pictures. The housekeeper then began to change the bedding. When she pulled off the sheets there was more on the mattress pad. Once she changed the sheets I had to ask her to change the pillow cases, which seemed a huge inconvenience for her. There was no discount for my inconvenience. I had to leave at 4:30 am, which is before the free airport shuttle begins. I asked the front desk about a taxi. She gave me the phone number to call. Any hotel I’ve ever stayed at has contacted the taxi service on my behalf. Once I got to the airport the driver asked for the voucher. We were never given, or told about, a voucher. Apparently when a taxi is required because the shuttle is not running the front desk gives you a voucher to pay for the taxi. I am very unhappy with these situations and the actions of the staff.

Rooms were clean, great customer service. They were able to grant my request for connecting rooms.

This hotel is convenient if flying into Long Beach Airport. The parking if convenient.

Easy to check in and out

Small rooms. The shuttle service from the airport does NOT come every half hour. We called three times before they came. No shuttle to the cruise port. Not a good hotel to stay at before a cruise.

My stay was between poor and average. Reason for rating as following: Weird smell in room, room dusty, and housekeeping never arrived when requested

Nice view on the top floor, clean and front desk was really nice.

The hotel staff was very nice & professional. I left safe, being a single traveler. The breakfast & dinner at the restaurant were excellent! Best coffee! Loved it. Prices were comparable to other places. Loved the Penthouse look out of Long Beach / Airport area. Very romantic for a couples dinner! 💖

I love this hotel, I stay there everytime I visit my family on Catalina and need a place when I get off plane from Hawaii and also when I return ... So easy
