Holiday Inn MIAMI NORTH – I-95, an IHG Hotel

Tv didn’t work

I stayed at Double Tree by Hilton Miami North I-95 for two days and had a great experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out, and I’d happily return in the future.

Be prepared to pay for parking

Don’t stay at this hotel,no customers service they care just for money not you.

The gym is 24 hours. The room that backs up to the gym (219) is where they put us on a Tuesday night. All night we listened to weights being slung, running on the treadmill and loud music being played. I asked to speak to the manager and was told they would call me. They never did. I thought I went to a Hilton but not with this service.

Absolutely, horrible place to stay with terribly rude and nasty manager (Roosevelt)

The hotel staff was kinda rude and short with everyone. It was listed that parking was included but it is not. The room is nice and the pool is big and clean. Location is off 95 but not much around it. Its kind of a run down area.

Hotel is much better on the inside than it looks on the outside. Rooms were very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Good value for the money.

Poco seguro el área, el hotel impecable!

No me gustó, reporté que el aire mucho ruido hacia no me ayudaron y dormí con calor los dos dias. Pedí q me dieran agua y ne dijeron q no podian darne mas agua. Por favor es un Hilton no puede ser que nonte den agua. El parqueo horrible psrs pagar. En la bvda vuelvo a quedarme en este hotel. Malisimo.

Quick stay, good location for what I had planned.

Hotel was very sketchy!! They say you can check in only after 4 but the deadline is 6pm we rented a room for 3 days, and they gave our room to someone else, it was so terrible that we had to sleep in our car in a sketchy neighborhood. We attempted to use the other days we had paid for, and they said no, they kept our funds and booked it for another night. There was a gentleman up front that kept looking into cars saying he was selling items. I would never set foot in this rio off establishment ever again. They would also not even provide a partial refund.

The property is dirty and not safe.

This hotel is very nice and affordable. The ladys at the front desk were so nice helped with any questions we had and made checking in very easy. I would definitely stay here again

This place truly captivated me, and I wholeheartedly recommend that everyone experience it. The room offered a serene and clean environment, complemented by the warmth of the friendly staff. I look forward to returning.

Hôtel plutôt sympa. En revanche petit déjeuner américain pas folichon. A la piscine, certains clients s’étalent sauvagement empêchant d’autres d’utiliser les transats. L’hôtel devrait veiller au respect de cet espace. Il faudrait aussi rappeler à certains clients le respect de la tranquillité des voisins. Pas de boucan à 3h du matin.
