The bed was TERRIBLE. I wouldn’t be surprised if we found out we were actually sleeping on a box spring and not a mattress. We just made a quick stop as we were passing through on a long drive and I just wanted to sleep and go so I did not make a big deal of it but the bed was literally one of the worst I have ever slept on.
Also, when I booked it said breakfast was included but the hotel told me it wasn’t. We wanted to get our long drive over with so we just left and didn’t push it but part of the reason we booked was because it said breakfast was included so we could grab something on our way out and then they told us we would have to pay more for it. Super disappointing.
The hotel was clean and the room was fine other than the mattress but we won’t stay here or recommend this to anyone. Overall very disappointed.

The bed was extremely stiff and uncomfortable. HVAC very close to bed and blew directly in my face all night. I’ve stayed and Holiday Inn properties in multilple locations without any issues. I would not recommend or stay here again.

I checked in to hotel on Friday April 18 and checked out April 20. I called the front desk 3 times my tv wasn’t working and it was never fixed. I was never offered another room instead I received free breakfast for Sunday morning. The food was cold. I requested towels several times as well.
