Everything was very excellent but the floor and the room was not clean ...

I had really great time at the hotel. great view,big pool,warm hot tup! I would like to stay next time again!

편안하고 깨끗했어요. 실외수영장도 물이 따뜻해서이용하기 좋았습니다. 다만 유아용튜브나 개인튜브바람넣는 기계가 없어서 아쉬웠어요.

It must be a great hotel. The private beach was good. But my room was really humid for my stay.

Awesome time

Complimentary coffee and tea should be available all day and at night and was not. Breakfast should be offered complimentary as an option and was not. Our room cleaning service had issues. Cooley was great and friendly and helpful. A lady who cleaned our floor though whose name I don’t have was rude and condescending and would question us when we needed things.

Perfect for a family traveling with Children.

Great place , but bar at pool area food not good. The refrigerator in room was sour. But overall good spot. You have to buy chairs and umbrella on beach. $57 a day

Beach and pool were very nice. Restaurant was really good.

This was a great experience. It was nice to be right on the beach, and able to move between the book and the beach. Also, was nice to be able to use the pool at the neighboring Hilton hotel to switch things up. Only negative is the construction that is going on with the bridge, but obviously out of the hotels’ control.

As Holiday Inn Club Members and IHG Elite Level guests we do a fair bit of traveling and this hotel did not live up to expectations. From the rushed check in when we arrived, to the missing towels and shower curtain in our room. The sink being backed up in our bathroom the entire stay after I mentioned it two seperate times. The main reason for us staying here was the lazy river with waterfall which wasn't working. And last the most egregious thing was my son being stuck in the elevator and NONE of the emergency buttons inside working. Thank God he had his phone to call us or who knows how long he would have been stuck in there! Very poor experience and we would never stay here again for 600+ dollars a night we paid. I expected much better for my family and our vacation.

The location is great… won’t take away from that! The staff were hot and cold when interacting with them. Friendly at first then after no positive vibe or interaction. I missed booked the handicap room, I own it, but when did the handicap rooms have the worst view!! Moldy roof/awning! We kept the shades closed the entire time!! Water pressure was not good and toilet ran loud. Twice in 24 hours the fire alarm went off randomly while our stay. The tv stations were horrible! Westerns, old 70,80’s sitcoms, informercials, religious, political and a couple sports, and a kids channel… the selection is poor after coming back from activities and ready to unwind to watch current channels and nope… turn it off! The positive was the location the drinks, food, pool oh and the beach rentals! My suggestion go with low expectations and hope things and the personnel has gotten better and friendlier for more than your first day. Won’t be retuning.

This hotel overcharge extremely high and the price doesn’t match the environment. Also, they have a lots of hidden fees. One of them were at $35 for a reservation and $15 a day for parking $50 a day for your hotel room which I still don’t understand why after we spent $1500 only for three days they still went ahead and keep charging us all these fees every single day. apart from the $15 parking fees I was not aware of all the other charges. My kids and I went to the pool to swim when we return back to our roam they locked us out demanding for us to come back and put a card on file which they will be charging for those fees , I told the stuff that my kids and I are in wet clothes we need to get in our room to change and I don’t have my wallet with me all my belongings are in my room. We were stranded outside our hotel room for almost 20 minutes and when he showed up , he demanded I should go with him with my bank card at this point I was completely upset so I went straight into the room why my kids were about to follow me. He then told my kids there when he returns back downstairs He’s going to call the police so they can evict us out of the hotel.When I told the staff that I was not aware of the $50 and the $35 charges. My nine year old and my 15 year old daughters were both traumatized and they started to cry asking me why are we getting kicked off I was so embarrassed and angry at the same time so I took my card and went back downstairs to start making those payments.never

Excellent, very clean and accessible to the beach!

Beautiful views. Very clean. Very friendly staff. We will be back!
