Holiday Inn WASHINGTON-COLLEGE PK (I-95), an IHG Hotel

Nice room. Staff was friendly and nice. We was on 4th floor in tower 2.We didn’t use the pool area but we stopped by . It was a nice size pool and we felt the feat soon as we opened the door. I guess it’s so they can stay warm when they get out the pool. They had a lot of events at the hotel so I would recommend get a room higher up if you don’t want to hear the noise . But overall I enjoyed my stay.

Overall I felt safe even traveling alone. My room had a musty smell likely from the air conditioner unit.

Surprised about all the seating, considering the room felt a little small. There were a lot of different machines and exercise equipment which I was very happy with. The pool was nice and actually felt like a heated pool. The location was nice, we just followed 1 into D.C. The only thing I wished it had was a continental breakfast, but that just meant we got to try some of the local places for breakfast.

I canceled the reservation the same day because the hotel was non sanitary, the carpet was very dirty and the rooms smelled

Hotel is very clean and friendly staff. Overall area felt safe and comfortable.

The room smelled of old pee and the air was moist.

The property seems tired and old. A refresh is needed.

I want a refund for my comfortable stay with the alarm going off the whole night and the fire department lost the keys to shut if off and I have the videos for proof.

The door had a broken deadbolt and didn't kept out any noise - anything happening in the hallway sounded like it was happening in our room. At around 4:30 in the morning, there was a man screaming in the hallway and hitting things. Looked out the peephole to see someone standing motionless outside our door. Called the front desk, but no answer. Eventually the guy went away and we packed up our things and checked out, informing them we would be cutting our visit short. Front desk clerk mostly wanted to know if we knew who caused the disturbance, which seems like it should have been his job, since he had access to the security camera and I don't. No refund offered, no apology. Awful experience.

Room had a very damp and musty smell

Only problem I had was I couldn't get in my room with a key because a storm had knocked out the room key pads so the only way to get in my room was to go to the front desk when I wanted to get back in my room but they did have it fixed by the next morning

Very noisy hotel. Front desk clerk offered little information on property. No info in room on amenities. Outside of hotel not clean.

The room I stayed in had roaches. Unfortunately, after reading Google reviews, it seems to be common in this hotel. Now, I have stayed in many hotels around the world and never had this problem. I recommend that the hotel fix this issue stated by many guests and if guest were to stay there, make sure your belongings especially food are sealed.

Nice staff. Clean and good location

Hotel room had plumbing issues and staff knew about it but still gave that room to us. Worst experience after long tiring day. We stayed in another hotel.
