Quiet, easy walk to Walgreens for some necessities. .love the spacious rooms

Starker und penetranter Zigarettengestank in der ganzen Wohnung, der kaum zu ertragen war. Schmutziger Boden. Haare von Vorgänger auf dem Boden. Schmutz vor der Haustür der erst nach Reklamation beseitigt wurde. verdreckte Klimaanlage, die den Dreck ausgeschleudert hat in die Innenräume. Sehr laute Klimaanlage (Alter Kasten, die sich auch schwer regulieren lassen) Waschraum schmutzig. Wurmlarwen in den Mülltonnen. Töpfe austauscht, weil die vorhandenen nicht zu benutzen waren

The apartment is good, large and safety. The utilities like swimming pool very well conserved and nice to relax in the end of the day. The issues I faced were the sofa bed, impossible to sleep in because its thin mattress and torture frame. It was solved by Lowkl team after some calls. They provide me at the end one regular bed mattress. One other issue was related smart keyless locks on the gates to access the apartment, it simple did not work, some days we had to jump over the fence to enter the local. Finally, there was not enough plates, forks and pans in the kitchen to cook, we had to buy it ourselves.

Bed uncomfortable

Stayed at Holiday Park by LOWKL (May 1–4, 2025). Room was not properly cleaned—there were long hairs in the shower (no female travelers on my end), a stained toilet, and slow Wi-Fi. Hot water was unreliable too. I submitted photo evidence to Expedia and requested a partial refund. LOWKL offered a vague cleaning visit during my short stay, without scheduling—expecting me to wait around on vacation for them to fix what should have been clean at check-in. They later denied the issues, citing pre-check-in photos and deflecting responsibility. No empathy, no accountability, and certainly no hospitality. If this is their idea of “excellent condition,” stay elsewhere. Very disappointing experience with LOWKL and unhelpful follow-up through Expedia.

I loved my stay here . I would come back anytime . So convenient and comfortable .

The apartment was very clean and smelled very nice, only thing I had an issue with was when I got ready to lay back in the bed, the bed broke on me. I had to call for maintenance to come and it took them roughly 20 mins to arrive. They fixed it and I went on about my stay.

The property was very nice however at night the property seemed unsafe as a few vagrants were noted on the property using the pool and shower area

This was such an amazing place. We went for a girls trip and it was exactly what we needed. It was close to the beach, restaurants and bars. The property had a very nice pool that we were able to hang out at and enjoy the nice warm day. The rooms were fully equipped and clean. The staff was very helpful and responded right away whenever I need something taken care of. We really felt at home at holiday park. I can’t say enough about the wonderful apartment. It was literally perfect.

Very convenient location to restaurants and entertainment at Parker Theatre.

Dont judge a book by its cover! When we pulled up, we were all a bit stetched out. The building looks very old and a little run down on the outside. You also check in via email so you never see an actual person, which i thought was strange. But actually made for an easy check in. Anyway, when you walk through the gate, the pool area is beautiful. The rooms are very spacious and updated beautifully. We stayed in the 3 bedroom and it was great for the 8 of us. Pleanty of room! Will stay here again if in the area!

Communication was above average in answering questions and needed information (although seemed to be A.I.:) Although the presentation of the room looked above average in cleanliness, floors were actually dirty. As a "short stay" option for rentals, it would be a nice touch to have a tray of coffee/tea accessories (like hotels would offer), so renters do not have to travel for coffee first thing in the morning.

It's safe and quiet great neighbor

Well kept apt. next to a nice park and close to the beach . Perfect for couples , will use again.

Pontos Positivos: O apartamento é bem mobiliado na cozinha (geladeira, microondas, cafeteira, fogão e demais utensílios). No quarto e na sala tv smart que atendem bem. Piscina boa, limpa e pouco frequentada. Supermercado próximo. Estacionamento fácil. Pontos negativos: cama do quarto principal desconfortável. Quarto principal pequeno. Sala com sofá cama que não atende bem duas crianças. Limpeza não é feita em nenhum dia, e também não trocam nem as toalhas mediante solicitação. Chekin on line não muito prático, principalmente se não tem internet boa na chegada. Custo/beneficio??? Acredito que não voltaria, procuraria outra opção.

Great other than smoke alarm issues

We had 3 bedrooms, each with a private bath, as well as a private courtyard.

The location was good overall close to airport, place was clean except toilet water was always yellow and had a humid smell hard to decribe at all times. Lacked supplies and was charged $150 for TOWELS

We loved Holiday Park and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Not suitable for 4 adults and should not be an option! The sofa bed really only accommodates 1 adult, or an adult and small child. Additionally, there was an extra set of sheets (fitted & flat), and a comforter for the sofa bed, but no extra pillows or pillow cases. The drains in the bathroom sink and shower were draining horribly slow (was standing in dirty water after a shower!) 😒. Was able to lift the stopper in the sink, but for the shower, had to almost remove it. Certain things could be improved for longer stays, e.g. there was only ONE dish towel, and towel set for 4. While I believe a change of linen, etc was availability if needed, 1 dish towel seems a bit too minimalistic. Was surprised to find there was no coffee/tea, sugar, salt, etc. Overall experience was good. Apt was clean, very nice and well laid out, small but not cramped. That said, the host needs to provide just a tad more comfort and convenience.
