Home2 Suites by Hilton Atlanta Downtown

Booked this hotel due to the location and photos on their website. The location was absolutely amazing as it was a short walk to a lot of restaurants and attractions in the area. The hotel lobby was in great condition and the staff was so nice and welcoming. I originally booked a smaller room for my boyfriend and myself but the staff upgraded us for our 3 night stay which was fantastic! Our room had a nice view of the area. The cleanliness of the room was pretty good. Only thing we noticed was your typical wear and tear of rooms. I would definitely book this location again!

I stayed at a Home2 during the Club Football World Cup. The Hotel is located less than 5 minutes walk from the Atlanta Falcons & Basketball facilities. The Staff here are all Amazing, very friendly, engaging & very helpful in answering any questions.

Staff was very welcoming, attentive & friendly! Would definitely stay here again. Very close to everything in downtown so you can easily get around.

I don't know if they've changed management or something, but all of my interactions with the staff were super pleasant. Very friendly from valet to housekeeping. The lady (I didn't get her name but she said she's been with Hilton for over 10 years) running the breakfast was above and beyond great. Great proximity to whatever they call the Georgia Dome and Phillips Arena nowadays.

Great art and staff. Property is a little behind with maintenance but by no means bad. A little elbow grease would really help this place shine.

Great location

It was very convenient and within walking distance of everything in the area.

Location was good if you’re just going to the aquarium or other museums. Other than that there was not much going on. Breakfast and staff were AMAZING!!!!!! Room was clean but condition seemed run down. The arm to the chair looked like it had been chewed… the foam was exposed. The lounge chair was dirty and stained. Overall for the price we paid we were satisfied.

The hotel itself was fine, breakfast was good. but the area it was in downtown was uncomfortable to be in, didn’t feel safe at night or walking, parking was also VERY expensive, loud music was blaring outside from a car for about two hours on my second night there.

When I arrived at the facility, one of the workers was outside smoking. We were then told there was a $100 deposit required for each day of our stay. After seeing that the room was dirty, we informed them that we would not be staying. I asked to speak with a manager, but the staff member said there was no manager on duty until the next morning and that nothing could be done. This place is unprofessional and dirty—I would never recommend staying here.

I loved the proximity to area attractions: Centennial Park, Mercedes Benz Center, The Aquarium, Children's museum and Coco Cola museum all within walking distance.

The staff was super friendly. They make you feel welcomed and special.

Muito barulho na suíte, o rooftop estava fechado, ALGUNS COLABORADORES DA RECEPÇÃO FORAM EXTREMAMENTES RÍSPIDOS, OU DEIXARAM A GENTE NO VÁCUO, NÃO tem paciência p ouvir, além de q, no checkin a recepcionista cobrou 2X a taxa de segurança, me causando muitos problemas com o meu cartão de crédito, ninguém fez NADA pra solucionar o problema. Os COLABORADORES DO CAFÉ DA MANHÃ SÃO ÓTIMOS, SIMPÁTICOS, PRESTATIVOS E MUITO PACIENTES. Por ser a primeira vez q reservo através do aplicativo, fiquei um pouco chateada, pq ninguém me ajudou de uma forma satisfatória, até agora a taxa não foi devolvida, e já estou no BRASIL, fiz o checkout ontem, dia 03/06/2025 às 16h. *estava na cidade para um compromisso de trabalho, aproveitei p passear, mas me arrependi, os arredores do hotel é igual o centro de SP, cheio de morador de rua, noiado e até fomos abordamos por um agressivamente pq não tínhamos $$$ pra dar. Enfim, a experiência não foi das melhores. A estrutura da suíte é ótima, mas na rua tem muito barulho, fiquei em andar baixo, pode ser isso, não sei dizer. A academia é boa, mas muito quente.

I enjoyed staying here mainly due to the over night clerk (Leon) that works here. He was great and gave us a lot of great advice on things to do while in Atlanta. The location is perfect! Our room was small but we weren’t there a lot anyways. I’d stay here again 😊

The parking space was not available and it was very expensive to park at the 3rd party parking lot.

Das Personal ist richtig freundlich. Wir konnten sogar ein Early Checkin machen. Auch das Valet Parken für 45$ war gut. Leider ist die Umgebung nicht so sicher, so empfanden wir das. Mit dem Auto ist es aber ein guter Ausgangspunkt. Lieben Dank nochmal an das super freundliche Personal und den Service.
