Great property

This place is is amaing. The amenities are great. The staff is very personable. Made the stay there really nice. If we have to return to Rochester we will definitely be staying there

The room has grest layout,comfortable bed and great blackout shades.Nice smelling shampoo,plenty of towels.Tasty breakfast and nice,helpful staff.Will be back.

Rooms are big. Beds and pillows are comfy.

We had everything we needed

I will never stay on first floor close to entrance and exit on the sides. It was so loud someone in and out the doors and the family beside us there were like 10 in a room very loud up half the night so definitely not a refreshing trip this time hopefully better next time or a different hotel

Being my first time traveling solo, I felt incredibly safe. Everyone on the staff was very knowledgeable of the area, which was helpful being there todo just that exactly…explore the area my son will be attending College around.

Spacious room, full kitchen, friendly staff

Breakfast was good (decent selection of hot foods) and refreshed frequently! Coffee 24hrs.

Nice location, I was ten minutes from the airport but also close to family and shopping/dining. I'll definitely stay here again!

This was my family's 3rd time staying at this Hotel. It has become are go too while in Rochester. Its clean and well maintained. The staff is great. This trip would hve been a five star experience if not for one employee not doing their job. They were in charge of breakfast are second day. This person didnt put more food out after 8am when breakfast is served till 10am. Their was a dozen or more people with slim pickings half way through breakfast hours. People complained as we were finishing.

Near major highways around the city. Clean and quiet. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The staff at this hotel was excellent. They were polite, helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean hotel and close to the hwy.

The breakfast included with our room fee was delicious, variety of items offered. Only minor complaint when towels replenished didn’t get wash cloths and a new bar of hand soap. Also as the breakfast area got busier on our last day got very messy and no one available to keep up with the cleaning. I slipped on spilled coffee and notified the guest clerk. She had someone place a yellow marker in the area. Not about the hotel but one night ordered from Papa John’s through Grub Hub. Supposed to get a loaded pizza included in the toppings should have gotten black olives, instead got one piece of Pineapple and when we picked up a slice everything slid off the crust. Phone and complained manager said he would refund me and apologized. I will have to check, but Olive Garden in the area is amazing! Overall a great stay and we will be back!
