All good with hotel, rooms very spacious and comfortable. Beds could be firmer but sheets are soft and nice. the valet service is pricey but it is fast and convenient.

Problems: * Onsite parking woefully inadequate. Valet parking was $35, and took forever. Difficult even to park temporarily to check in. * Front door literally didn't work without a key, despite the fact that the valets were right next to it. What if I hadn't checked in yet? * Front desk attendant let someone (buying sundries) to step in front of me, without saying a word to me, or even looking at me. Normal human communication, please? * Small shower, no bathtub. * No late checkout, despite the fact that i actually needed it, and I have Hilton status. * Overpriced, as compared to nearby properties. On the other hand: * Quiet for a downtown location, and dark curtain in the window. * Good, solid breakfast, included. *

Better than expected!

The receptionist was snappy and rude at check-in. The bartender was nice. I didn't like this we were forced to do valet parking. No other options available and I feel that should have been mentioned while booking. Upon check-out we waited a good 10-15 minutes for them to bring the car, even though we requested it before even leaving the room.

Clean and spacious!

Favorite place to stay when in Orlando. Peaceful quiet situated close to Orlando Downtown excitement....walking distance.

The room felt clean and safe

Everything was good except the room had a light scent of "wet room".

Hotel is super clean, location is really nice, walking distance to many restaurants and stores. What I didn’t know is that the hotel charges 35.00 per night for valet and no option to self park, only to try and find street parking which wasn’t really an option for us. Breakfast was disgusting. Waffles were available, but the only other option was premade sandwiches that had been sitting out. Our room was very nice, full amenities, however the bathroom door had no lock, and one of the two queen beds was extremely hard. The valet guys took my lanyard off my keychain. No idea why they would do that, but it was a nice lanyard that I loved.

Great stay for a quick trip.

Room was very nice and clean. Really quiet at night. Parking situation is not very pleasant. Staff are very friendly. Would stay again next time I come to Orlando.

The hotel is in a very good location if you are planning an overnight stay near The Plaza Live for an event. The hotel property is right down the street from the venue. However, the bed in the king room was uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. The refrigerator was not fresh (bring baking soda). A lot of late night street noise as well. Too bad because the hotel is really nice besides the aforementioned issues.

I hope there is a parking lot.

- 2 Stunden Wartezeit beim Check IN - Personal ist total überfordert - Manager blockte Beschwerden ab - Zimmerkarten funktionierten nicht zuverlässig - Hotel hatte nur Valet Parken (teilweise wurden die Autos irgendwo in Seitenstreifen abgestellt) Tipp: Der Parkplatz links daneben kostet 20$, wer bezahlt wird auch nicht abgeschleppt - Überall hängen im Hotel Schilder, dass der Parkplatz neben dem Hotel willkürlich abschleppt (wir machten nicht diese Erfahrung) - Das Zimmer war dreckig, Staub auf allen Flächen, der Abfluss roch wie „Kläranlage“ - Um das Hotel ist das Restaurant Angebot miserabel - Downtown Orlando (um das Hotel) ist geprägt von hoher Obdachlosigkeit, tagsüber wird oft gebettelt - Traurige Realität :( Alles in allem eine Enttäuschung für uns. Tipp für alle Reisenden: Macht einen Bogen um das Hotel und das Gebiet
