This hotel is in desperate need of refurbishment. We stayed in room #412. The tile in the bathroom is broken, bathtub chipped, couch was torn, bedding was worn, carpet was dirty, toilet stained, hair on the floor in the bathroom. In the lobby the seating was stained, worn & dirty. I saw a woman in the lobby working diligently to try and keep up with the cleaning, but it appeared they are understaffed.

I have stayed at many Home 2's in the past. This was was close to everything I needed for my trip

Shower top was not working. Could not shower before checkout. I was able to notify front desk at 7:15am and 9:12am but technician was able to show up at 10:15 am so I had to checkout without no repair been done or relocation to another room. Front desk lady and technician did their best under the circumstances therefore I appreciate their assistance. I’ll be requesting a refund through management. Thank You

Places was very dirty and had black mold. Do not recommend.

We enjoy staying at Home 2Suites but in this occasion the service was not all that. The front desk was quiet, not friendly, only offered water if we needed/wanted any. The restroom was kind of dirty, we didn’t say anything because it was late and we were tired. The pillows smelled like they had been there for a while. Every time we travel Home 2 Suites is our place to stay because of cleanliness, affordability and friendliness , however, this time we were not impressed.

Staff was very courteous and helpful at check in

The standout feature of this stay was John. He checked us in with a warm welcome, managed every request we had with speed and efficiency, and took care of us amazingly well for our whole stay. We highly recommend staying at this location and getting to know John!

Just loved this place! Fresh and clean, well cared for by the staff. No doubt I’ll return for any future trip to this location!

Home 2 Suites was in a great location, it was clean, price was great! Definitely would stay here again!

This hotel was one of the dirtiest places I have ever had to stay. We were only in town for one night for a college VB game. The guy at the front desk was rude upon arrival. And oddly, it was almost as if he was trying to upset. Maybe he was having a bad day. Whatever his behavior has become the norm and easily excusable. However the hallway walls and carpet gross. The room was worse. The silverware and plate were dirty and not just a little spot. They still had food on them. The plastic coffee cups that are usually prewrapped were all used and stacked under the coffee pot. It was the grossest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. However the shower was nice and hot with excellent water pressure. That’s the only positive I can come up with.

Room was a good size and room was clean. Property needed a little sprucing up but overall a good stay. Very convenient location.
