Nicest hotel in town. Room was clean and spacious.

Stay was better than good. Room/Suite was well proportionate. It was super 3 C's - Clean, Comfy & Cozy. My teenager (male)love everything about our stay. Would definitely stay again. Several suggestions: 1. Breakfast time a little longer; 2. Various/better variety of breakfast items offered. Close to food, shopping, college and adventure. Recommend Home2Home.

The hotel was adequate. There was rarely anyone at the front desk the times we walked past. They did communicate via text. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed. There was some older furniture that could be replaced. The shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower were all empty. We did not need the breakfast so can’t comment.

Great stay

The property was fine; however, Expedia failed to arrange a wheelchair accessible room and they had none available. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, and we had to make sure with a non accessible room, which was roomy enough to use the wheelchair in. The bathroom, however, did not have a shower seat or space to pull the wheelchair up to the counter. Expedia needs to pay attention to reservation requests and make sure if wheelchair accessible is requested it is documented on the reservation.

Mostly enjoyed our stay, only drawback was the limited breakfast options left a lot to be desired. Other than that, our stay was great.

Overall great stay. However, there were two issues that bothered me. When checking in, I was informed that my blinds were inoperable. I was provided the decision to have the blinds either raised fully or lowered fully, but they would remain in that state during the entirety of the stay. I chose to have them lowered fully, which I was promised would be completed by maintenance. I departed my room for a few hours and when I returned, the blinds were the same state; maintenance did nothing. The second issue involved the elevator. One of the elevators would not go to the first floor, forcing you to use the stairs. At first, this doesn’t appear to be an issue until you realized that inoperable elevator would continually come to my floor when the button was pushed, refused to operate as intended (going to the first floor), and the only way to use the other elevator was to walk down the flight of stairs and call it to your floor.

Enjoyed staying at this property, we stay here for holidays. Nice spot if you have pets, staff was awesome. I highly recommend this establishment.

Overall it was a nice place, we just found the bed not to our liking.

Besides the accommodation, which we chose last minute during our road trip, and the suite that was good enough for its purpose, what we most appreciated was the impeccable customer service: the front desk staff and the breakfast team. Everyone was super friendly and pleasant. We felt truly welcomed, even for just one night! One minor thing, just to be completely honest: I think the walls are quite thin because another guest turned the TV on at a very high volume at 4 a.m., which woke us up, and it was hard to fall back asleep. But we understand this is more a fault of an inconsiderate guest than the hotel itself. Breakfast was delicious! We didn’t expect that! Thank you!

The staff were very friendly. The room was ok. The sofa bed was very noisy- every time he turned over it made creaking noises.

The hotel is fine. I found the mattress to be too soft and made it uncomfortable to sleep. The continental breakfast was what is usually expected. I would change the brand of coffee(weak/not great tasting).

Great place to stay if you are coming in town for a football game.
