It seems like with the construction, lots of things needed to be updated on the information given to guests. Like hours of operation for the tavern were wrong. The grill restaurant was out of about half of there menu items… But the staff were so helpful and accommodating in working around that. The Nespresso machine machines have a small and large brew option but the cups overfill with even the small brew button. Just FYI.

The whole place is beautiful and really taken care of.

This property is under a lot of construction. Parking was rough and taking your luggage to your room was rough if no golf cart available. The pool area is so fun and my kids loved it. No outside food is allowed. The milk house is cute, would love for it to open at 6:30AM

Property has great bones and is a great concept but is going under remodel (significant amount of construction around hotel too) and we were not made aware of this.. Pool area is great… Air conditioning was not working.. 80 degrees all night in the room… called to get it fixed and was told that upper floors get very hot in hot days and to open the windows.. not great… Tecnitian never showed up… Hopefully they turn this around quickly as good spot and unique experience

We loved the Pool it was so nice

The property has been greatly updated and much more is planned. There are great areas for family fun. We are definitely going to keep The Homestead on our list of favorite family vacation spots.

This place is very nice and new, however, be sure to double check charges after leaving this place. On top of the extra $50 resort fee, we “somehow” were charged another $60+ due to some “error”. I tried to call, and sent a message through Expedia, but no one answered. I contacted Expedia directly, and they were able to get them to refund us the extra “error” money. Watch out!

Beautifully renovated. Pools were excellent and not crowded. Rooms are adorable. Parking lot had lots of construction but didn't affect us.

This is a deluxe property surrounded by a golf course and beautiful views of the valley and mountains all around. The swimming pools were terrific and my 9 year old grandson took full advantage. Breakfast at the restaurant was good though it would have been nice to have more options. If you go, make sure to get reservations at the crater.

The room is lovely, spacious and well decorated. The pool and hot tubs are the real winners of the property! I loved every minute. A hidden gem in Utah.

Parking was under construction and the food was horrible.

I get the concept of the resort & being able to fit families in these rooms w/bunkbeds. We are a fam of 5, stayed 1 night & it just was not big enough. We had a room that had a door that conjoined to another room if need be, the other guests in that room kept trying to get into our room. The only way to contact the front desk is via text, no phones in the room. We texted for help at 11pm as the neighbors were trying to get in our door. The front desk didnt respond to our text, fhey came to our room, ask if we want the other room to be addressed or not. The beds…. they can’t possibly be legit queen beds & they are very poor quality from the sheets to the bed frames. The construction on property…… holy moly!! The priorities are out of wack & for the amount of $$ & it being a resort, we shouldn’t have to park in soft sand/dirt that gets EVERYWHERE! The parking lot needs to be paved. If you are in a wheel chair or have a newly waking kiddo (like us) this isn’t the place for you. Stairs among stairs among stairs. Cute town it is in, it’s just a very weird vibe at the resort.
