The front staff Quo and Amber are great. The respond immediately to any requests. A little noisy with all the kids. They are very good about keeping grounds clean and free of debris
Rooms must be in process of updates but better than others I have seen

I stayed here for 2 nights, had casting Call for a movie. First and foremost my door wouldn’t close so when I left out for like 2 seconds my bag at had was taken, it was only underwear and socks in it with couple shirts not tripping about it. That’s replaceable easily. Next there was no heat in the room. Trash under the bed. But other than that wouldn’t stay here again hope you don’t also

This hotel needs a total remodeling there are roaches the cupboards are falling apart the refrigerator has rust on it the whole place needs a redo this is and was the worst i have seen

Very dirty...roaches .. refrigerator was dirty with food left in it.... cabinets dirty Something white all over he floor.
TV did not work... curtains do not close completely. On a positive note receptionist was very helpful...had a issue with the heater and someone came out right away to take care of it

Disgusting, Roach-Infested, Bed Bugs biting you all night, domestic violence next door, unprofessional manager, Dirty, urine smelling mattress, ashes on mattress, mold EVERYWHERE, old food in fridge, Just overall gross conditions that even a homeless person doesn’t deserve to sleep in!!!

This hotel is so horrible they have roaches everywhere I bought roach spray my personal own roast sprayed the roach spray and still have roaches everywhere very creepy very nasty just not my type of hotel

I did not stay. I went to my room and it stunk, had bugs actively moving around the floor and bathroom sink, and the floors were not vacuumed. The rooms and property do not look like the photos online. My hair and clothing stunk just from walking around checking it out. The room door did not work properly. I want a refund and the hotel staff said I’d have to get the refund from Expedia.

Omg. The motel was a hot mess when I arrive kids was everywhere im the parking lot. You would think it was an apartment complex the grounds was horrible trash everywhere. No key lady atbthe desk had ro let you im your room craziness no hot water
Than to top it off ROACHES EVERYWHERE.
ON THE BED FLOOR SINK. I check out immediately same night and i still haven't received my refunded

Disgusting. Room filled with cockroaches. Looks like placed used to house homeless. Dangerous walking from room to car. Very surprised Expedia allows this hotel to offer rooms on its site

Within the first hour of checking in, we saw literally dozens and dozens and dozens of live roaches and numerous other dead bugs. The smell in the room was awful awful awful. The AC was so dirty looked liked someoned poured coffee in it. The photos on hotela.com were totally different from reality. I called the person in charge but they did not offer any alternative. We moved to another hotel immediately (at 2:30am). So yeah, good luck if you book it for stay
