I hope you are doing well. I wanted to take a moment to thank you for a wonderful stay at your hotel. The facilities were spotless, and the staff were warm and attentive, which made my experience very pleasant.
There was one small aspect I wanted to bring to your attention. During my stay, I noticed that housekeeping visited my room to inspect and tidy things up, which I understand may be part of your procedures. While I appreciate the thoroughness, I felt a bit uncomfortable with the timing and the lack of prior notice. I would have preferred a little more privacy or a heads-up before these visits.
Please understand that this is just a minor suggestion, and overall, I had a fantastic stay. I look forward to returning in the future and hope this feedback is helpful.

The suites were nice size and I loved the kitchen that it had everything you need!
Breakfast was a nice selection to meet everyone’s taste buds.
