nice place, very need and convenient off highway

Beautiful and clean hotel. Spacious and very comfortable beds.

Great option for staying a short drive outside of Boston! Staff were great, room was pristene and spacious.

Disappointed that the water in the shower was not hot. Tepid at best. Decided not to shower as a result.

Great stay! App is glitchy if you're checking in on your phone using their app. I checked in. It never sent me my room key ahead of timr, and when I got to the desk, they didn't have me as checked in even though I had chosen my room the night before. It worked out fine, but might have been a problem if the room I selected hadn't been available.

When I went to check in they DID NOT have our PAID reservation. I had to wait in the lobby with the clerk so long my husband came in to check and make sure I was okay. She was very friendly, however even after making a calls and text to the manager my reservation was missing! I paid in FULL! I was there for my daughters gymnastics meet, and very fortunate that they were not full, even though she stated they were almost at compacity. luckily we were able to get a different room for the night. pillows, no good, bed hard, slept like crap, my entire family slept horrible. My daughter was "off" at her meet due to this. It sucked. I also am aware of another of our gym families that went to check in and their room was given to someone else and had chargers not of their own on their credit card. HORRIBLE EXPERANCE, we wont be back, and we normally like the homewood. Not again!

Beautiful hotel everything I need. Had at dental work close by so convenient and very comfortable.

We loved the modern room with it's mini kitchenette, pull out couch. Very large room with a large closet & sink eith mirror outsside of toiket/dhowrr room. re etc. Great shower pressure & very comfy bed. Our rate includes a well stocked continental breakfast with a ton of choices - hot & cold. Plus there's a little mini mart by the main desk with drinks & snacks. Dedpite all these great things only 2 issues for me - poor lighting for putting on makeup & water is OVERLY! softened to the point that you can't get the soap off your body or shampoo or off your hair. It left a film on me all day..hate that not feeling clean. I hope it's an easy fix they can address or that could be a deal breaker.

I found a tick/ bed bug on the bed comforter. I complained to the people at the front desk and they told me they would find me another room which they did not. Pets are allowed at this hotel so beware of tics. Fitness center could be better kept. Found it to lack towels and water. Breakfast is what u expect- just okay.

Very family friendly property with pool, breakfast, and pets. All that comes with a little additional noise level. Location is very convenient to 95 or the Eliot T stop. Only serious complaint is with the heat. I like sleeping in a cooler room but we were not able to get the room temp below 72F at night (in December) even with turning the thermostat off.

Affordable with Free parking and relatively close to Boston destinations. The free breakfast is a great service
