I stayed 3 nights and am very satisfied. The facilities are clean and spacious. However, at checkout, the staff said they would email me the invoice, but it's been two weeks and I still haven't received it. Since I'm currently out of the country, I have sent several emails, but haven't received a response yet. That's very disappointing.

숙소가 최근에 지어져서 노후 되지 않았고 뉴욕으로 가는 급행버스가 있어서 교통도 좋았다. 하지만 청소 상태나 아침 조식, 세탁실은 전체적인 시설에 비해 떨어진다.세탁기의 세제넣는 부분에 곰팡이가 정말 많아서 내가 직접 닦아내고 사용해야 했다. 넓은 방에 비해 수건도 부족하고 냉장고에 머리카락이 남아있었고, 그릇과 냄비에 음식이 남아있었다.

I reserved a double junior suit room. However, I was assigned a room for the disabled. I didn't claim because I had already unpacked my luggage.. The service was poor compared to the cost.

Overall satisfactory!

Overall, my stay was fantastic. There were a few hiccups. My family and I specifically choose hotels that have pools. We got in late on check in day, but still managed to have an hour left until the pool closed. We got there and first thing I want to note is that the pool was pretty dirty. I kept feeling hair get caught on my toes. That was a little disappointing and downright yucky. Around 9:52 one of the staff members came into the pool exclaiming in a fairly aggressive way that it was time to get out. The pool was not closed for another 8 minutes, and I promised my son we could stay until exactly 10. The employee was persistent about us getting out, and so we reluctantly did. I understand he wanted to clean and get home, but then closing time should be earlier. Some amazing features in this hotel- free continental breakfast that was really yummy, free garage parking, surprisingly amazing views, and a washer/ dryer. With the exception of the pool incident, I left very happy and plan on booking again for my summer trip to NYC.

The room is beautiful. The beds are comfortable. Everything are clean. There’s nothing not to like about this place.

My family loved the property. There was 4 of us and the room was so spacious with room for everyone. We had 2 beds and a pull out couch. If you’re a family looking for somewhere to stay for American Dream mall look no further

Loved how easy it was to get to NYC from here with the bus stop being at the corner. Breakfast seemed a little inconsistent the days we were there where you could tell it was different chefs. Upon arrival I noticed broken glass in the cabinets maybe from a previous broken glass. The bathroom was stocked for 4 people with towels and we were staying in a room for 6 so I went to the front to ask for more towels and to let them know about the glass and they said someone will be up to remove it and bring towels. No one did. The next morning I went down again to ask for the extra towel and remind them of the glass. Eventually, I got the towels and when I mentioned the glass to the guy who brought the towels up he said it wasn’t his problem. I just left it there and stopped bothering about it. We stayed for 4 nights and the room itself was cozy and comfortable. Would stay here again for the convenience to get to and from NY

Excellent customer service. Upgraded my room because they sold out the original room.

This hotel was amazing, perfect location, great staff, the room was beautiful, such an amazing view of the city! The included breakfast was so good! The only thing i would suggest would be adding a hot tub and changing the pool from a chlorine pool to a salt water pool and cleaning it a little bit more.
