We have stayed at this location in the past when it was The Renaissance. We were delighted with the updates and renovations. Such a great location, excellent food and friendly service at a very reasonable cost.

Nice hotel. The shower in our room wasn't level so water ran out onto the floor, but not a big deal. It all looks very nice. The lighting in the room was cool.

Parking situation was less than desirable. Not sure what can be done but its a long walk from parking elevator to lobby especially on a cold windy day with kids.Itd be nice to have vending machines with ice machines.

I was told we could check-in early and that I would receive a text once the room was ready. We did not receive a text. At check-in we were made to feel like a bother to the staff. Unloading was a struggle - with no help from the staff and being forced to park in the bus lane instead of next to the hotel. The room was dark with poor lighting. Areas that should’ve been regularly cleaned were dusty. The hot tub still had a manufacturer’s sticker on it, escutcheons were slipped off the wall, and the marble tile had a bunch of missed drill marks. The safe didn’t work. The wireless charging ports didn’t work. Service had a severe lack of attention to detail. No soap in either bathroom. Limited towels for a four person suite. We had to call three times for sheets and pillows on the pull out couch. There were 1-1/2 rolls of toilet paper across two bathrooms. Our first call yielded just one extra roll. This place could be fantastic but the staff needs a major overhaul.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. My problem was I was charged for the room upon arrival, I prepaid in the app. So i was double charhed. When she asked for my card I assumed it was for valet until a charge for over $220 appeared on my bank card, I questioned why, they apoligized but would not refund my money. I asked for receipt proof, an email something, started getting the run around was told my money would be refunded in 3-21 days with no receipt. I refused to leave front desk without something in writing of the charge and refund, a call was placed to a manager to ask permission to do this..weird..but ok finally after all that they agree to give me an email (which i got immedietlely) as to their mistake as my proof. I stood there until the email arrived. I was given a comp breakfast for 2 for my trouble..my xtra $228 trouble. Funny how they can take the money so quickly but cant refund it the same when it was their mistake. Such a shame because the hotels beautiful just not sure Im willing to go thru this again. Now we will see if and when I get this refund

The hotel was very clean, staff was friendly. Such a beautiful hotel, recently remodeled. If I have any complaints the pillows were not good, flat no support & the sheets were very rough. For the price that I paid I expected more high quality sheets, I have better thread count sheets at home.

Front desk and most staff amazing. The restaurant host in the morning may want to look for a different line of work she was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. We didn’t stay for our complimentary breakfast
