Everything was good, but they stuck me with a really small room.

Loved our stay here! Hotel staff were really friendly and we had the best view from our room :)

Hotel Hendricks is a great property at an excellent location. The front desk staff were very pleasant and very prompt with fixing any issues with the room. My only complaint is that the bathroom isn’t soundproofed. You can hear everything that is going on in there! Luckily I was there with my sister so I didn’t care but be forewarned. The room and lobby were also very dark but it added to the ambiance. The rooftop bar was great with a wonderful view of the city and Empire State Building. Overall it was a wonderful stay!

Amazing location for a quick visit to the city

Really nice hotel. Very pretty, sophisticated design. Great bed and pillows. Happy to have coffee in the room and the hotel is very quiet!

Spent the weekend at Hotel Hendricks and was very pleased with my stay. The room was very cute and had a great view to the Empire State Building. Great location and walkable to many NYC tourist spots. I did see a little bit of dust on certain furniture pieces, but besides that the room was wonderful! Definitely recommend it.

This is a great hotel. The staff is friendly. They also have a very cool roof top bar! We were in town for the US Open and the walk to the 7-train was less than 5 minutes from the hotel.

Great walkable location with cafe serving delicious matcha and golden milk! The bread pudding was also excellent.

Pros: The rooms are very small but expected since it's in the center of Manhattan. The rooftop bar has amazing views! Water pressure in the shower was almost TOO good. Beds were comfortable and it was nice to have daily maid service. Close to so many shops and food options. Cons: when we got the the hotel there was an unexpected extra cost per day. Also the parking garage they advertised is actually 2 blocks away and a garage they partner with. The workers at the garage were rude and quote you different prices when you bring your car vs when you pick it up. Almost $100 difference. Also you have no access to your car while it's in the ramp.

Incredible views from our room, a luxury lounge on the 29th floor overlooking the city, and a super friendly staff.

I booked through Expedia (which states transparency on fees) , and upon arrival was told there was an extra daily fee...for what I have no idea. There's a sign at the front desk saying they give you a bottle of water (yay but what else am I getting for my $42 daily?), and they were out of water anyway. If you read the fine print, you will see that there is an extra daily fee that you have to pay upon arrival at the hotel.The rooms are reminiscent of a cruise ship...tiny with no room to store luggage, and DARK. They are aesthetically cool, but not very functional. The light in the bathroom is off to the left, so using that mirror and applying makeup is not ideal...and that's the only mirror. The heavy swinging glass door to the bathroom cannot be propped open...highly inconvenient, especially if you have 2 people going in and out. We had an issue where our A/C stopped in the middle of the night and didn't come back on. The desk guys in the morning said they'd have someone look at it. When we got back, our room was still warm, but we got it to work again. When we asked a girl at the front desk if anyone had come to work on it, she said she didn't know and had no way of finding out (what??). On the flip side, we found the male desk attendants to be super friendly all 3 days, and the water pressure was great. But there are a dozen hotels right around there at the same price point, so I'll try a different one next time.

Albergo bello , però dispiace che abbiamo messo in conto 349 dollari x cose che sinceramente pensavo fossero nel conto della stanza !!oppure che io non ho utilizzato !! ( palestra parcheggio ed altre cavolate che sinceramente non utilizza la maggior parte della gente)

I think location was great short walks to Empire state, Bryant park, Times square, radio city, Rockefeller area. Room was with enough space , but no so big, they have full size bath toiletries, shower was so nice. The bed to my opinion was so soft. Personel was nice, check in and check out was fast.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Hendricks for 4 nights during our stay in New York. Location: Great! It is 5 minute walk to the subway station and walkable to Times Square in 10 minutes. Location felt safe to walk to and from even at night. Staff: Amazing- always helpful. Swift check in and always helpful if you needed something. The Room: Our room was lovely and so quiet. It had great air con and the shower was incredible! The bed was also super comfortable. The room amenities were good- shower gel, shampoo and conditioner all in the shower. Body lotion and soap were plentiful. Cleaning was done every day to a high standard. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we were to revisit New York.

Property overall

Sehr zentral gelegen am Bryant Park und sauber. Leider eine Baustelle direkt gegenüber vom Hotel die schon früh los ging. Schönes Rooftop Lokal
