호텔 인디고 NYC 다운타운 - 월 스트리트 바이 IHG, IHG 호텔

며칠 묵었는데 처음 객실 컨디션은 좋았어요. 둘째날 부터는 방청소를 부탁했음에도 수건만 치워지고 깨끗해지지 않아서 좀 불편했어요.

Proximity to the train was convenient and it was business friendly.

The staff at Indigo are super friendly and helpful, the rooms are spotless and the beds are comfortable. My go-to spot!

Clean room - a bit smaller than we typically experience, but this could be due to the location. We paid for our stay in advance and upon arrival had to pay a $35 additional convenience fee (not sure why this wasn’t part of the price online) which included 2 bottles of spring water. There was no declining and it felt a bit dishonest. Rooftop bar was nice and location was fantastic being able to walk to places we wanted to go.

They overbooked and canceled my reservation. The manager was rude and lied at least three times as to why my reservations were canceled. Left us on the streets with no place to go, refused to refund our money although we did not stay there.

Had a great experience at this lovely hotel. Staff were communicative and accommodating and the room had everything I needed. Great location right by the seaport.

Amazing hotel. It was clean and all the staff was very friendly.

Hôtel très bien situé, très propre, toujours du personnel pour nous renseigner si besoin, salle restauration, petit roof top sympa. Le moins : nous avons eu une chambre au 2ème étage avec un mini balcon mais chambre donnait au dessous des poubelles, cour intérieure avec énorme canalisation d air et tous les moteurs des climatiseurs à qques mètres. Donc très déçus de la vue. Nous avons demandé tout de suite à changer de chambre et cela a été accepté, mais chambre avec même vue au 3ème...donc même problème, nous n avons pas insisté et accepté. La literie est très très confortable, salle de bain très agréable.

I loved the hotel and the staff was friendly. One staff member even made me feel like I knew him forever as he told me about different places to go and what not. When I stay in nyc again, I will choose this location.

Loved this property super nice check in process was amazing. She even upgraded my room because it was our wedding!!

Se me hizo un excelente lugar, muy limpio y el servicio fue excelente, todos muy amables. Considero que debería tener algún descuento adicional al que tienen para estacionamiento, puesto que además está lejano del hotel.
