Hotel Indigo SILVERTHORNE, an IHG Hotel

For $400/ night, it wasn’t worth it as it’s equivalent to a 250/ night hotel (same time and location) elsewhere in summit county. Staff was checked out, had to walk up 3 flights of icy stairs to access parking, no smart TV’s.

The hotel is pretty and the staff is really nice. The pool was great! Comfortable sitting area to to watch the kids play, I liked that the pool is open late. The room was beautiful but so dark. We had to open the curtains to get decent light. Forget putting on make-up well in the bathroom all the light is behind you and kind of hard to see. Day one my shower wasn't very hot, maybe I got in too late and the other guests used it

Great find in Silverthorne!

I did request a mountain view, the only way to see the mountain from our room was tp get in the corner. Thats not a mountain view. Otherwise, great trip.

Arrived at 4:00PM and was told room is not ready and I have to wait another hour. 4 people arrived after that checked in with no issues. I tried to speak the guy at the reception and he ignored me and kept moving with other customers. I asked to speak to the manager and she declined pretending she is busy. Poor service and totally unacceptable. I do NOT recommend this hotel, rude service and super unprofessional to myself and my family

Amazing

Receptionist at Che in did not listen carefully and had difficulty communicating with me. Cleaning crew was rude pushing me aside to get off the elevator. Staff was not very welcoming. I was disappointed.

Great property. Modern and pet friendly. Nice options around hotel and close to Breckenridge and Frisco. I would recommend and stay there again!! Staff was very nice and helpful! Very happy with my decision

Favorite place to stay in silverthorne

Very comfortable hotel in Silverthorne, CO. Covered garage is a major plus. Room was new and clean. Good location in town, right next to a good variety of restaurants / bars. Great Happy Hour inside the hotel bar.

Booked this hotel on hotels.com for two of my employees and when they arrived they were informed that they had to pay. Hotel would not honor the hotel.com reservations, and yet they had the reservations??? I was double charged.
