Smells very good

Stay was nice and property was clean and modern. Parking is extremely tight tho.

The hotel was currently being upgraded but non of the work interfered with our stay. Clean, courteous staff and convenient location. We will stay again when we are back in Pigeon Forge.

The room needs a dehumidifier. Someone entered the room after we had the do not disturb sign on the door. Then left the room half done. The trash and towels were done but then left the beds un-maid. Not sure if at some point they realized they were not supposed to come in so they didn’t do the beds?

Beds are super comfy and nice, location is great. Deadbolt wouldn't lock, the AC would not cool down, and we had an ant problem in our room

Easy to check in and out staff was very friendly and was able to help me around the area

Our room was across from the elevator and ice machine. I was awakened several times through the night by other guests getting Ice or coming off the elevator. The walls a paper thin and we could hear the conversations of the other rooms beside us along with those in the hallways. The cleaning staff was very loud in the mornings as they were in the hallway. The bedding was very uncomfortable and not warm at all. The bed was very uncomfortable. The room its self was clean but there was a lot of dampness from the AC. Overall we would not stay there again. It wasn’t worth the money we paid to be there all weekend.

Everything was Great

I will never stay in this hotel again. When we got to our room, the floor was dirty, most of the furniture was heavily damaged, the blind on the window would not pull down, the shower had a wad of hair in it from the previous guest, the mirrors had not been cleaned in a very long time, and the bed sheets were dirty. When I pulled the sheets back, there was actual chunks of dirt in the sheets. Also, the mattress was like a board.

Great location just off the main strip. Parking is pretty easy. Rooms are fairly clean. Mattresses aren’t bad. We were visiting for two nights in August and the worst problem was the humidity. Air conditioner worked but the humidity in the room was really bad. Everything just felt damp. Mini fridge definitely needed some attention too.

Location is great, beds were super comfortable. Only downside is the parking lot. Very tight but manageable.

The property was convenient to get to and staff was helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and the fireplace was a nice addition. The parking lot is a tad bit cramped, we could hear our neighbors phone alarm at odd hours, and the biggest issue was the humidity output of the AC made our room incredibly sticky. Overall, I would stay here again since the location was close by to everything downtown.

The beds and sink were too high off the floor to make them convenient to use

Condition of property is good, location is good. A bit of cleaning can be done in rooms and around.

The place was clean. Not enough towels and washcloths for the number of people the room was booked for. The TV didn’t work. The young woman was working alone (under staffed) and we could come down to lobby to get new batteries for TV remote. Still didn’t work. My 2 grandsons were not happy!!! We also picked up towels and washcloths needed from lobby. Kudos to the young lady running the place alone! She deserves a raise!

Rooms are nice and clean for the most part, the mini fridge had something sticky in it, maybe ice cream? And the shower didn’t have very good pressure, the parking lot is horrible and there’s literally a sign that says your car might get broken into but it’s not on the hotel, other than that, not bad i guess.
