호텔 모카 뉴욕

Lukewarm (not hot) water shower. Maintenance neglected in several areas. Room not dirty but not clean. Generally I've found NYC NOT a good travel value.

The hotel environment is terrible. The floor of the room was not clean. I do not recommend anyone to stay here.

Hotel in disrepair. Our first room had no a/c,broken fixtures in bathroom, no hangers, thin walls with loud neighbors. We got a new room which was better, but overall the hotel is janky. No coffee in rooms or lobby, no microwave in room, no sink stopper, room key stopped working halfway through stay...

Péssimo! Não trocaram roupa de cama/ toalhas/ durante a estadia de 5 dias. Todo hotel com cheiro forte de cigarro.. brigas e muito barulho

For the price, the room had no WiFi, the room was either too hot or too cold. When asked questions regarding the WiFi all we got was “we’re working on it” after the third day of my stay, the WiFi was fixed.

Rooms do not look anything like pictured. A/C was not functioning, ground was very dirty, bed frame was falling apart.

I'll tell you what was horrible about this hotel after I tell you that the subway ride to mid-town was 30 minutes. While checking in we noticed a sign showing hourly rates starting at $50/2 hrs. Once in the room...no coffee maker,no microwave, the fridge froze everything. Oh we have a balcony,but the balcony door doesn't lock...the sheets had holes, the light switches didn't work,the toilet tank dripped the whole time, which why bother telling them when they never fixed the balcony door? Then we're undressed and there's a knock and 2 seconds later housekeeping barges in. That's about it, except for the seedy characters in the lobby. If you've made it this far, in closing, we should have run when we noticed that the desk clerks were behind bulletproof glass. If you stay here.... good luck !!!

Doesn't have parking, Smell weed all around, you can listen to the people in the room next to you, one of the room were having a party, the outside of the property doesn't look good and it feel unsafe there.

Heat was not working, no extra blanket, could hear everything next door. Really dirty

No hot water , harassment from People in hotel (not staff)

The heat doesn’t work I put it up when I checked in and left when I came back still wasn’t working, too exhausted to come down from 8th to find someone about it . Then the shower is broken and a mission to get the water even luke warm .

Ich hätte die Bewertungen anderer Gäste ernst nehmen sollen. Auch ich hatte zuerst ein Zimmer im 8.OG, das zum Nachbarzimmer durch eine dünne, nicht dichte Tür getrennt war. Erst nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage an der Rezeption war ein Umzug in ein anderes Zimmer möglich. Das Hotel MOCA im Norden von Manhattan liegt im Bereich des Gebietes "Little Dominican Republic", wo man besser Spanisch denn Englisch sprechen sollte. Vermutlich wird das Hotel von Nicht-US-Bürgern geführt. Im Bad musste ich für Dusche und Waschbecken das Wasser mehrere Minuten laufen lassen, damit das Wasser einigermaßen warm wurde, wobei die Dusche letztlich nur spärlich Wasser versprüht hat. Die Heizung hat trotz niedriger Außentemperaturen zeiweise nicht funktioniert. Es bedarf einer gewissen Resilienz, um es in dem Hotel fast zwei Wochen auszuhalten!
