편리한 위치, 넓고 쾌적한 방. 해변에서 바로임. 주변 카페도 좋음. 단 다른 호텔과 마찬가지로 전용주차장이 없어서 매우 불편. 그러나 다시 가고 싶은 호텔

Was clean and convenient

This hotel advertised Ocean FRONT with a balcony on hotels.com - we booked an Ocean FRONT room. When we checked in they put us in an Ocean VIEW with a balcony. When I talked to front desk they said they didn't have any Ocean FRONT available although that is what we paid for and booked. They refused to do anything about it.

Great location for Miami Beach. Place is pleasant. Rooms are a little tired though and some updating is needed. Staff friendly and helpful. Great location for food and entertainment as well. Even if it's just watching the exuberant locals!

Hotel is very well located!! If they offer breakfast would be PERFECT

Hotel had a nice lobby and staff were friendly. However the oceanfront room I booked was a partial ocean view not really what you would expect for an oceanfront view. You see mostly roof. The shower also has very weak pressure. Be prepared to shower in drips.

The staff was extremely nice here. From holding our luggage early before check-in, to even getting into our room early. The night staff was equally as nice when we encountered them. Seemed a bit odd to walk through the middle of customers eating at the restaurant to get to the lobby, but it was actually pretty quiet once you get passed them and the music. I would definately stay here again if we are ever back in Miami Beach.

Moved our reservation to this hotel after a going to a gross hotel down the street. It is great, clean big room, great bathroom

The room was clean and comfortable. I felt safe staying alone here. Very large bathroom, great shower, and loved the shampoos and conditioners provided. Id stay again.

Overall the property was ok. We had a good stay but the check in process was a little frustrating.

Best location for stay in Miami beach

This is our 4th time staying in just over a year. The staff of the hotel and restaurant are always friendly and attentive. The food is great and the live nightly entertainment is authentic and top quality.

Das Hotel Ocean ist sehr zentral gelegen. Man ist in wenigen Gehminuten am Strand, was in dieser Gegend super ist! Besser man reist nicht mit dem Auto an. Das Parken (valet parking ein paar Strassen weiter) kostet mind. 50.-/Nacht. Besser man bucht ein Uber. Vor allem am Samstag ist der Ocean Dr richtig voll. Ruhig ist es nie aber uns hat das gefallen. Es läuft auch live Musik bis spät. 2 Nächte waren daher ideal. Die Gegend ist sehr teuer. Wir wussten das, staunten aber trotzdem ab den hohen Preisen. Es lohnt sich früh aufzustehen um den Sonnenaufgang zu sehen. Die Stimmung am Strand ist ruhig und magisch. Man kann lange spazieren und sich unterwegs einen Kaffee holen und einen Frühstückwrap essen. In unmittelbarer Nähe erreicht man zu Fuss viele Shops, wo man Wasser, Sonnencreme und Snacks etc. kaufen kann. Wir buchten den Hop on Hop off Bus von Big Bus Tours um die Hotspots in Miami Beach und City zu sehen. Es ist momentan viel zu heiss aber wir wollten trotzdem etwas unternehmen. Das Hotel bietet einen 24-Stunden Service, was praktisch ist. Uns fehlte jedoch die Hilfsbereitschaft an der Reception. Es ist nicht so persönlich. Man wird nicht gefragt, ob man gut angereist ist oder was man erkunden möchte. Vielleicht ist das hier in der Gegend so. Wir mussten zum Glück nicht viel fragen und konnten unsere Zeit geniessen.

Excelente ubicación, excelente habitación , amenizadas

Property is not listed as advertised there is no pool or gym. Workers lied about amenities not existing. Overall the location is great but will definitely not return anytime soon.
