Hotel St. Pierre®, a French Quarter Inns® Hotel

Older hotel with all the character. Loved the outdoor patio. 2 blocks from all the action of bourbon street, but quieter area

From the moment we arrived, it was clear this stay would be disappointing. The showerhead was broken, spraying water everywhere, which left almost no water pressure for a proper shower. On top of that, the drain was clogged, causing water to pool instantly. To make matters worse, the shower itself was barely the size of half a closet. We went to the front desk to request a different room, only to be told the hotel was at full capacity. They assured us that maintenance would come to fix the issue, but no one ever showed up. Over the next few days, we noticed more issues—makeup stains on the pillows, and what appeared to be bodily fluids or food stains on the bedsheets, comforter, and even the walls. Once again, we reported it, and once again, nothing was done. The rooms are incredibly small, and the bed was old and creaky, making noise with every movement. We had booked a queen-size bed but were given a full-size instead. The coffee provided in the morning was so weak it was practically just water. One morning, we were rudely woken up at 7 AM by someone using a leaf blower right outside our door. Usually, leaving vacation is the saddest part of a trip, but in this case, we couldn’t wait to get out of there. Don’t be fooled by the pictures—this place is nothing like they make it seem.

We went to visit New Orleans for 3rd time, this one we booked in a different hotel. We booked it on December 15 to stay between January 31 and February 3. The booking was for 2 rooms with Queen beds, after a lot of back and forth they found the reservation. One couple end up in the main building with not hot water to shower in the morning. Us in a room with cracks in the ceiling, mold in the shower, twin bed instead of Queen and people screaming for over one hour in the stairs next to us. One room with no covers in the bed, the other one no hair blower (we requested one and they never brought it). We ended up in a different room after complaining to them and Expedia. First and last time in this hotel for sure.

Nice staff

The property is unkept overall. The room floor was dirty, and everywhere we look, there was something that don't work. For e temple, the electric tric plugs are all worn out and unsafe. AC/heat does not work properly. The air exist are dirty and rasted. There are too many things that are not as should be in a hotel...

Great location, great staff, beautiful property!

The day was great. The hotel was very cute and authentic unfortunately our room’s TV did not work and the heater did not work when it was extremely cold outside. The room stayed consistently at 58°.

Ok so this is very rustic authentic Hotel but if you carry bags that makes your life easier rolling luggage on cobblestone is not ideal it was loud due to construction I like more amenities but that’s just a preference

While I understand the hotel is old and can forgive cracks and creaks. The state of the linens and towels was unacceptable. There is dust everywhere. The room I stayed in had the window shutters bolted shut, so absolutely no natural lighting was let in. There was no safe as advertised in the listing. Lastly, again I understand it’s an old building, but you can hear absolutely everything from the pool gurgling every 5 minutes to the maintenance men at 5 AM. Would not stay again.

Love the old French Creole style cottage. Stayed in a small but cozy room upstairs. Great location for the price. Would stay again

We had a lovely time. Only thing was the lock on the door was icy but a nice young man came to look and do what he could. The city was still closed due to the snow storm. But overall I would stay there again. Old quirky historic. Fun

Best place for relaxation

Staff was great very friendly and helpful.

We found it very convenient to tour around from and relatively quiet for the location.

Dirty diagusting . Run down. Rust all over . Bed bugs . Carpet beetles . Omg if you value yourself dont even think about staying here.

This was my first time staying here and I liked it so much that I extended my stay. It’s in a great spot and close to everything without being so close that it’s noisy. The grounds are clean, well lit, lobby is lovely and decorated for Mardi Gras. Staff are so pleasant and accommodating, too. The lobby has a small area where you can buys snacks, drinks, coffee, use the microwave and they even have dog treats for the furry 4 legged visitors. My brother recommended this hotel. He stayed one October and it was super clean, well out and all decked out for fall. This is my new favorite place!
