Rugs in the hall were filthy. Room 119 smelled of mold when you walk in. There was mold on the ceiling and lamp shade. We had to leave and pay for another room elsewhere. No one from the hotel cared just shrugged their shoulders when I complained. Oh yeah forgot about the cockroach on the wall.

Window view terrible shipping containers, window shade didn’t stop the light from shining in my window . Room was very clean bed made every day . Twice we had to go to the front desk for towels. Hotel is Located near many food options

There management and maintenance does not work for the weekend so when you have a problem, there’s no one to take care of it. Their front desk service does not help you in anyway basically tells you there’s nothing we can do for you. I payed almost 400$ to stay for the weekend and the room had no blinds so the street likes kept me and my husband up and we by the front desk, put a blanket over the window at if we payed to stay in a trap house !! They were very unprofessional !

By far the worst property we’ve ever stayed , some of these reviews have to be 100% fake. The place is dirty , hot tub is broke, pool and floors are gross , Room had hair from previous occupants , there was toddlers in the pool after 9

I would not stay here again. The carpets on the stairs and the main hallway were dirty, like really dirty...it was gross. I held my breath as I walked into the room. There was no carpeting in the room..... thank goodness or I would have immediately checked out of the hotel. The shower room with the toilet was old, cracked and dingy. The phone in the room did not work to call the front desk to ask for a hair dryer and the TV did not work. The free breakfast in the morning was extremely limited: 2 kinds of sugary cereal, donuts, waffles and coffee/tea. Basically all carbohydrates with little to no real nutrition. Overall, I was disappointed and glad that I was only staying there for one night.

All the negative reviews were true. Black mold on the ceiling above the bed and in the bathroom. Lock broken off of the door, filthy carpet in halls, dark and dingy in general, beds barely made, noisy neighbors, humid even with AC on, outside door on side of the building unlocked....we sucked it up and paid for a new hotel despite not getting a refund, it was so bad.

Decent service, loud kids running down the hall, worn carpet, shower that screamed, sand in the floor of room (not from us). Good for the discounted price. More updates needed.

This hotel is good but need maintenance. Some corrosive areas and need to be paint. TVs need to update

Property was located right next to coastal highway and easy to access. Beds and linens were clean. Floor carpet on the corridor was dirty, it was inconvenient to walk over it. Bathtub was stained, bathroom door was getting stuck.

My stay at this hotel was not a nice experience. The bath tub was dirty. The floor was dirty. Our room did not get serviced and when we returned from our day at 8pm were told the only thing they can do is have someone fix the beds. The TV never worked properly with allowing us to watch 2 channels only. The room was noisy. When we asked to be moved after 20 minutes of checking in we were told the were all booked and could not be moved. The front desk staff were not qualified to deal with situations of such and the site manager was no where to be found. Finally got a hold of her Mallissa, by phone the day after i checked out, was not nice and could not help in any way. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel.

Hi, the Lobby area is really dirty the carpet in the stairs are filthy and the second floor corridor are filthy also , the coffee is cold and to strong even the water was cold no matter what time of the day. breakfast was really bas they need to clean better. my sheets was dirty with coffee stain it looks like they don’t change the sheets for everyone. it looks they just do the beds after every customer. they need better clean better and have better customer services and the Wi-fi service is was so bad. and they need to dust the rooms after every customer leave.. the hotel is not cheap..

Definitely a good place to stay if you are traveling with your dog, which we were not. Carpets were older and in need of cleaning and replacing. Staff was great and bed was super comfy.

Simply a basic hotel with basic rooms and basic accommodations. They are clean, provide a fridge, coffee maker with basic, run-of-the-mill coffee packets (disgusting), better coffee at reception, staff was professional and courteous, and “breakfast” provides a little something for everyone. Two (2) suggestions for improvement: 1. The blackout-blinds in at least my room was useless as it did not fit (fill-in) the opening of the window completely and the eastern, morning sun inundated the room. 2. Would someone PLEASE, PLEASE put some grease or lubricant on the automatic, sliding doors at the entrance - like nonstop water torture! At 99$ a night plus tax it’s not a bad value.

The location is really convenient, but the clean it was not good. I went to the hotel without a pet and my room had a lot hair dog

Simple but all the important things- Smoke free, hard floors, water dispenser, ice machine, fridge, daily cleaning service, front desk staff. Yes clean. Only critiques: sink clogged up, and I informed staff who said "We'll try to get that looked at;" remained stopped up; and mineral deposits on shower head and tub/shower stop. Breakfast is nice because everything on countertops, no tables to clog up area and create a free-for-all madhouse. Can take food to your room, sit on the sofas in lobby, or the nice outdoor seating area. Wish they had maps.

Doors slamming all night. Loud people. It is definitely not very clean. Hallway rug is brown. Our room smells like dog. Ppl smoking right by exit door smells our entire room and hallway
