위치는 좋음. 체크아웃한 직원 너무 불친절해서 샌프란시스코에서 만난 유일한 불친절한 사람이었음. 1박을 하나 7박을 하나 제공하는 모든 어매니티는 동일하고 추가 안해줌.

The room was small but nice. The only drawback was the cost of parking. Including tax it cost us $210 to park in the hotel parking deck for 3 days!

The blind was not very good. Hard to pull up and down and it let in light at the bottom if it wasn’t pulled all the way down and then if you did that, it was very hard to open. Ask for when your checking out by email and then get staff knocking on your door to see if you have checked out, one and half hours before checkout that you have specified. Would not stay there again. Also kept getting warnings that there internet was not secure. Have to pay $33 dollars for a bottle of water on arrival and internet which is not secure. Not really worth it.

Let me start by saying that my wife and I aren't too picky with hotels. For me to leave a negative review takes an awful lot. Don't believe the photos on the website. The room, hallways, lobby, surrounding areas were dirty, noisy, the AC in the room wouldn't cool and the vents were covered in dust. The decor in the room was dingy, walls had cracks, etc. Honestly, the entire hotel had the feel of being owned by people that simply don't want to put money in to the hotel to maintain it. Spend a little more...or a little less....but don't stay here and expect to get what is shown in the photos....or what you pay for.

It was a cool place. Liked the games and the outside area. Carpets seemed a little old and drab and the bed had evidence of a lot of use. Overall it was still a nice place and super central. I would recommend it.

I made my reservation online, bit when i called the property, Rozlyn helped me over the phone with some questions that i had regarding the property. She was very patient with me and made me even more excited about staying at Zeyphr. My stay was short, but awesome. I will definitely book here again in the future.

Clean, friendly staff, a little dated on the decor most especially in the rooms. Parking at $64 a day is a rip off but every hotel in San Francisco does that. No amenities at all as far as getting a drink or a snack even of ending machine would’ve been nice.

The hotel was ok. I arrived in early and wanted to check in early to my room so I could sleep. The desk clerk was very friendly but she sent me to two very dirty rooms before I got to mine which was very annoying. They had a security guard but not sure what they actually did since there was so many homeless people outside. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower and bath were lovely. Easy access to the warf and excursions. Overall good stay

This place worked great for our family for four including an 8 and 12 year old. Lots of s’mores and fun activities for the kids. The place was clean, but the decor was a little tired. Smashing location too!

Was a great spot for a weekend with my 12yo daughter -- had a view of Alcatraz from our room and enjoyed sitting out in the courtyard. Very convenient location and had everything we needed!
