My hotel stay was great! The only thing I wasn’t sure about when arriving wasCommunication about the parking wasn’t the best but once I got all information needed everything else was smooth sailing from there. Everything else as far as my stay, the hotel room and the customer service from the staff (which is important to me) was

The staff was amazing- friendly and helpful. The photos of the rooms on the website (or at least the room we were in) did not match the room in person. They were well lit - our room was dark - no brick walls - carpet is very unclean - no ice machine on the floors, you have to call and order it anytime you need it. Also that “pull out couch/bed?” Not even sure what that is …. I am not a picky person when it comes to hotels but advertise correctly - parking is not included, nor is the breakfast - also ok, but let’s add that to your website and booking details as well. I have to reiterate- the staff was excellent! But the room we were given was not it at all.

Parking sucked but the guy with the tattoo on his neck was a game changer. That man has it together and takes care of everything. Promote that man

the staff are awesome specially dedrick the bellman who went above and beyond to grant our request. also miss Linda is so sweet she is like family giving us hugs and kisses when we checked out. all of the sraff in the front desk are very accomodating too bad i didnt remember their names. its just too dark in the room but i like that i just have to walk to the building that i need to go too.

Booked a room here a day before, and the whole process was smooth! The staff was so welcoming. We had an issue with the AC in our room when we first got in, but maintenance came and fixed it within 15 minutes of us calling down to the front desk. The only thing that was a bit cheap was the towel hook in front of the shower. It was falling off and attached with glue or some sort of sticky pad.

Felt safe while inside the building but questionable outside lots of crazy people that came out at night

Front desk staff was friendly and knowledgable. You do have to pay for parking and it’s across the street but convenient enough for a downtown location. Wi-Fi worked within the room and common areas. Bathroom looked like it had been recently renovated. Hallway was a little worn but room was bright and spacious.

Hôtel dans un bâtiment d architecture ancienne et bien aménagé au niveau des chambre. La salle principale du lobby est magnifique. Très bien situé. Rooftop incroyable et abordable comme le petit déjeuner à 10 dollars. J y retournerai les yeux fermés.

The hotel itself was nice. Breakfast was not included and $10/person for your typical free hotel breakfast anywhere else. The hotel is in a BAD neighborhood. There were several homeless people passed out out side on the sidewalk. Definitely not family friendly.

Clean

This was as expected, great views and comfy beds, for us it was a nice one night stay in Memphis. Parking is not great but what else can you do for a downtown. Eat BBQ while there its so good in Memphis.

Our first impression of the hotel was positive as Eboni in the reception was just the sweetest! When we got into the room, it was a worn out but functional. No coffee machine thou. A lot of stains on the carpets and furnitures. There seems to be a lot of personnel, but nobody (apart from the receptionist) seemed to be busy or active. Breakfast was the biggest joke - there was no coffee and only limited types of food available after 9 AM. The second morning, coffee ran out already at 8:45. Same problem with the food. There is a lof of staff, but nobody seemed to be flexible with their assignments. This leads to the fact that there were several staff members hanging around but nobody was taking care of the breakfast. Maybe this is a HR issue, but very unfortunate.

I picked it because of price and location - It ia perfect and the roof terrace is unbelievable - will stay there anytime I go to Memphis going forward. Rooms are fantastic too!

So happy with our decision to stay here! We were treated very kindly and service was great; only thing is we got some conflicting information from the front desk (said there was room service when there wasn’t), but overall a great experience, would stay again!

Too much stuff didn’t work

the staff was super nice and professional! Very nice! The carpet in the hall and bedroom carpet could use a cleaning.

The place was wonderful breathtaking views of sunsets on the rooftop will definitely stay there again if in Memphis again
