The hotel is in a great location. I think they need to update the doors for the rooms. I was able to hear everything in the hallway. If you're looking for a place to just sleep and not really stay and relax this is perfect.

Our room was facing the water. Nice views with a balcony. There was a small beach and dock below. Weather was not good so did not use any of these but it was quit enjoyable watching the dolphins! The hotel is dated but clean and was very quiet. The bed was reasonably comfortable but I thought the pillows were horribly uncomfortable-lumpy and too puffy-my husband thought they were not too bad. The first room we were in, had no heat so we spoke to the front desk and were moved right away to another room. The women at the front desk were efficient and very pleasant. They served a daily breakfast including coffee that was reasonably good. We were looking for an inexpensive hotel, which this hotel was. Of course you get what to pay for but given the price, it was overall not too bad and if the weather was better it would have definitely improved the experience. We would return and would recommend this hotel.

Arriving, the lobby was a mess with food everywhere from breakfast. It was 1pm. The walls had stains, the hallway carpets are filthy and food all over them. We asked someone to vacuum but it was never done. Thin walls, you can hear conversations from your neighbors. You can hear balcony doors open and close all night. Our neighbor was smoking and filled the room. For the money they charge completely unacceptable. Nothing presentable including the staff. Checked out at 8am just to get ot of there.
