The hotel is good, but could be better. The building feels dated and the breakfast bar is standard, nothing stands out. Rooms are clean and spacious. On weekends, is fairly easy to park on the street.

The hotel was clean. Easy access to parking. The room was spacious. Liked the blackout shades on the windows. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful.

Walking distance to restaurants

We are not used to parking garages and this one was under the building with a snug entrance. My explorer fit fine and there were some larger vehicles parked down there. The staff was nice and helpful. The neighborhood was clean and quiet. We felt safe being there. The view was incredible. The metro station was easy to walk to. Very friendly staff. My favorite place to stay when in Arlington

Excellent location and very clean facility. Staff was very nice and accommodating. The only issue I had was the cost of parking, $28 per night.

Breakfast and staff were amazing

The staff was more welcoming than any we'd come across. We were offered a free breakfast but declined (we were headed to a celebratory brunch) and our room (high floor, sofa) had everything we needed. The TV remote could have been easier to navigate (would have liked a written guide to stations) but otherwise, great stay.

The air conditioner is very loud. The water pressure is terrible

Ruth was wonderful with the check-in process. Very friendly and welcoming. The area felt very safe. The bed was extremely comfortable.

Hyatt Place Courthouse was a great hotel choice. Very convenient to Ronald Reagan Aurport and the Arlington National Cemetary. The staff that served the morning breakfast were incredibly friendly and very attentive. I only wish each room had their own microwave ovens. Overall, a great hotel!

Great stay! My family and I had a horrible experience the week before at 2500 Penn a Placemaker Experience in Washington DC and this place really made up for it. Parking was easy, the hotel was clean, staff was friendly. Thank you!

We were two grandparents with two grandchildren. Enough room for the kids to decompress after sightseeing in DC, play games, and snack. Good breakfast and easy walk to the Metro stop.

Having never visited the DC area before, I was not sure how much sense t would make to stay in the neighboring Arlington when all of the college touring our family was doing was in the DC metro area, nevertheless, cost took precedence since this was a late booking. This was a great find: In our three day stay I found Arlington to be a a clean, walkable, bedroom community of mostly young professionals and families with several great restaurants, and cafes. Despite being called the Hyatt Courthouse, it is very much flanked by a very cute and walkable neighborhood that felt safe, so much so that I felt comfortable allowing my teenaged daughter to run the CVS down the street from the hotel by herself at night. The staff was friendly (especially the breakfast staff - the women who work there are lovely and this was the cleanest and most efficiently run breakfast buffet I have ever seen, especially considering the amount of traffic they get! My only complaint about this place is that the air conditioning was too loud at night, but nothing that ear plugs could not handle! Overall, I am glad this late booking worked out and would definitely not only recommend, but I would go back myself when in the area.
