It was ok place … not happy about the area … a lot of homeless people hanging around .. Parking wasn’t easy Breakfast was ok

Very clean and comfortable, but so much traffic made it very noisy and hard to sleep at night. There's a noise ordinance inside hotel from 10 pm-6am, but whats the use in this busy area. I Love Hyatt but I'll switch locations next time.

Very pleasant environment. Close to fine dining and city activities. Especially nice breakfast for buffet style. Fresh fruits and hot dishes were carefully prepared.

Hyatt housekeeping management needs to do better. The hotel room had some details I was not ok with. Fridge wobbly/unstable, barely stood closed seal not working effectively, would’ve preferred with a freezer up top. Bought ice cream and melted right away. Sofa bed had horrible stains on top cushions and the mattress. We through 5 sheets on it. We arrived at 9pm after a 7 hour drive. I was not about to wait for exchanges. Other mattresses no issues. Otherwise, area was safe, public and other shopping in walking distance. Morning breakfast 👍. Daytime staff kind, overnight not so much. I would stay again but definitely would check mattresses again and hopefully have microwave and freezer in room since I traveled with grandkids.

We were very surprised by the conditions of the property for a Hyatt. We had two rooms - both were incredibly run-down. We had ant-type bugs in the bathroom of one and neither room was particularly clean, the carpets were sticky, some surfaces were too. Previous occupants had quite obviously been smoking in the room - which for a non-smoking floor was disappointing. The toilet did not flush every time. The water pressure in the sink intermittently reduced to barely a trickle and the shower squeaked during the entire time it was in use - a loud, obnoxious, high-pitched squeal. The high-light of the entire stay was the lady who helped us with breakfast - her kindness and professionalism was so refreshing.

El servicio de recepcion no fue bueno. Bo hay seguridad en el elevador. Cualquiera puede entrar y subir a los cuartos. Dicen que hay restaurante grill pero al ir y pedir dijeron que solo podian ofrecer pizza y hamburguesa. Cuando en las fotos apatece una carne a la BBQ y otras ofertas. El desayuno.es suficiente pero no buenisimo. La actitud de la gente de recepci9n es horrible. Fuimos a comprar un cafe por que hacia frio y la persona del counter sentada en la barra usando su telefono nos dijo "tomen el que tienen en el cuarto". Queriamos comprar una taza de cafe y eso fue lo que recibimos. Lo peor es la seguridad. Realmente cualquiera puede entrar. El cuarto olia horrible. Es muy grande eso si pero la alfombra y el.sillon con manchas horribles. Esta en un buen lugar pero le hace falta mantenimiento y atencion al cliente.

Overall, the stay was ok. Our room was at the front of the building and around 2am there would be street racing going on. Super loud cars. Really didn’t like listening to it all night. There was a family reunion going on while we were there and the hotel said at 10pm - 6am was quiet hours. It was not. The reunion was loud and outside the front of the building. So we could hear them as well. Breakfast was alright, although they did have something different that was hot/cooked each morning.

Very clean and neat. Well kept surroundings. Housekeeping is available when you need them. Front desk staff are polite. Cozy and comfortable rooms. Would definitely recommend.
