We were in two different rooms over the course of our stay here, rooms 7th floor and 5th floor. Our stay in 7th floor was excellent, but we had a completely horrific experience on the 5th floor, mainly due to poor housekeeping. When we walked into the bathroom for the first time, there was a q-tip from the previous guest lying on the floor. The entire area around the bed was coated in dust, and we couldn't tell whether the carpet had been vacuumed or not. Moreover, the housekeeper was chatting very loudly across our room, waking one of us up. We asked them to lower their volumes, but they seemed like they couldn't care less.

We enjoyed our stay here very much! There were renovations happening while we were there, and it was beautiful.

The hotel was really nice! The beds were comfortable. The room looked exactly like the pictures.

Great location

I could not fit my full size truck in the parking garage and I was not warned of the loud noise to come at 7 am due to construction. Would not have stayed had I been told in the first place about the construction. Definitely didn’t get any sleep!

There was construction in the room directly above me that started at 8am. They said there was nothing they could do and there was no other room they could move me to.

We had multiple problems during our stay. Broken TV. Our room was several hundred steps from the one elevator under construction. No ironing board and then a broken one provided. Broken lamp between the beds. Did not repair this, even after we reported it. The staff remedied the ironing board. We had to move rooms to get a working TV. The lamp stayed broken for our entire stay. Also note that contacting the desk means walking all the way down to reception as no phones are functional at the facility. They discounted our rate by 20.00 when we complained. This was inadequate for the level of inconvenience. They have a lot of work to do.

Conveniently located steps away from the middle of town and walkable to campus. The staff are lovely, the facility is as you’d expect from a Hyatt Place, and parking is affordable.

Property was in a great location. It is right off the main square and easy walking distance to restaurants and campus. The pool was a bit smaller than expected and while i appreciate the included breakfast, i can only eat so much sausages and bacon every morning. Recommend adding more variety.

Close to everything. Clean hotel with good breakfast and friendly staff. The views of downtown were incredible. Their garage, while convenient, is priced on the higher end so we parked at the city garage with an EV charger. Great stay overall- no complaints.

Amee was delightful at check in and answered all my questions. Parking was easy to find, conveniently attached to hotel through the elevator. Pool is heated and good size.

Great place to stay. Parking was a challenge with larger vehicles. Would recommend familiarizing yourself with the local parking garages near the facility.
