전반적으로 만족합니다. 시설이 조금은 낙후 되었다고 판단되나 크게 문제가 되지는 않습니다.

This was my first stay at the location, and I will be back. Great clean rooms. There are some areas under construction but that’s temporary. Front desk staff was excellent as well.

We had a late check in because of an all day dance competition. Checked in just after 10. There were no parking spots on site (many guests were double parked and semi's taking up several spots). We had to park across the street in a dark parking lot (it was just me and my 10 yr old daughter, so not super safe) at 10:30pm in low single digit weather and walk to the hotel with all of luggage. The lobby is nice and the room was spacious but dated. Very few options for television and the staions had lots of static (only 1 kids station, which after 10 is no longer a Kid's station). The thermostat said 42° but it was very warm. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good lots of options. No coffee though. Overall, for $99 it was a good experience.

I’ve stayed here several times before. This time we stayed with 3 other couples for a birthday celebration. We were very happy to be accommodated with rooms all on the same floor and adjacent to each other. Staff was very helpful with this request. Our rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was great with plenty of options! My only complaint would be a full parking lot so we had to park across the street in an adjacent parking lot. But luckily we had good weather so it wasn’t a problem. I would highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again for sure!

Overall my stay was nice. I hate there was no microwave in the room but cold pizza is not so bad. I had a king room with a sofa bed. The sitting area was comfortable and cozy. Perfect for a spare of the moment rendezvous on new years day. The bed was ok. I felt like the mattress was sinking in the middle like an air mattress losing air. The sheets, floors, restroom, sinks, toilet and all utensils were very clean and ready for use. We enjoyed the rest and even decided to stay in for the night. The young lady at the front desk who checked us in was polite and accommodating.

The property is dated and needs an update. The room doors slam very loud so don't plan on sleeping through the night uninterrupted. The noise on the door could be fixed for less than $50 but it seems no one cares. Looks like it may be in process of a remodel. That being said, I would probably look elsewhere.

The lady who checked me in was on the phone with someone else and it took a while. She only said, "here's your key card, there's the elevator." The heater/ac unit was very very loud, so no sleep and the tub was plugged up. I will not stay there again.

We had previously stayed here and had a great experience, so we expected a similar experience. Unfortunately, two of the lights were not working in our room...the light above the bathroom sink and one of the reading lights by the bed. Also, the elevator was malfunctioning during our stay. Our room only had one washcloth. We called the front desk and were promised we would get a second washcloth "soon" and we never received it. There was a lot of noise in the hallway from other occupants. I realize this is not the fault of hotel management, but the other issues certainly are.

It was comfortable

I've stayed at this property multiple times seeing as my family is right down the road. Over the last 3 years this property has gone down immensely. Everything is outdated for the price of the room. More than a quarter of the food at breakfast was either stale or cold within 30 minutes of being served. The apple juice was so fermented the person I had with me whom is sober, felt like they may have falling off the wagon. The entire fourth floor smelled like marijuana from 8:00 p.m. until very early morning. The smell was so bad I had to put a wet towel at the bottom of my door so my toddler couldn't smell it. Also some of the staff are not approachable. They lack compassion and basic etiquette. For my future stays in fort Wayne Indiana I will be choosing somewhere else to stay.

Great 2 day stay pet friendly felt very welcome with my dog staff was great rooms clean spacious breakfast was very good I visit ft Wayne often I will stay here for all my future visits. Thank you to all of the staff for making us feel welcome and friendly.

Staff very nice, room clean. Felt very outdated. Beds extremely uncomfortable.
