the hotel was spacious and the facility was not bad. But the housekeeping service was really bad. I was out from 11am to 2pm and housekeepers didn't do their job, so I asked front desk for the housekeeping. Unfortunately no housekeepers were in the hotel. I stayed more than 5 days in this hotel, but bed sheet was not changed at all. Really dirty. I was really disappointed with hyatt band name.

There were people roaming the hall in their undergarments yelling at each other being completely disrespectful. I took my kids and went down to a family members room for a little bit and when I came back up to my room I wasnt allowed off the elevator by staff due to the police being called and there being what sounded like a huge fight in the hall at this point it's late in the evening and I'm not allowed in the room I paid for with my children and this lasted for about an hour it was seriously ridiculous. And now I'm being told the property isn't going to do anything to compensate me for this. I am beyond disappointed.

This was our first time staying at this hotel. It was clean, and our room was spacious with a nice view. Unfortunately the pool (which was the main reason we chose to stay here) was freezing. An employee did apologize for the low temps, which we appreciate...However we were already checking out by then. The first night of our stay, we got in late and attempted to order food, and were disappointed the kitchen had closed over an hour earlier than advertised. Overall, the room was nice...but due to the pool and dining we were disappointed.
