Quick family getaway. My sister and I decided to take our kids (4 of them)away for the weekend . We booked 2 rooms side by side. I called to ask if they had any rooms with rooms that connected with a door in between the rooms for the kids to go between rooms the lady stated only on ocean front and it would cost more money, I said no we will be fine just rooms next to each other. When we got to our rooms, they upgraded our rooms free of charge with ocean view . These views were stunning. Thank you so much. And the kids were back and forth between rooms with not having to go out in the hallway.

We like to go to the beach in the winter months, it gives us time to just relax and walk the boardwalk. The hotel was clean, staff was professional and polite. We were on the 4th floor and loved it. The people next door was a bit loud but that's not on the hotel. We will stay here again.

Despite the 5pm check in (which is ridiculous in the office season), Francis accommodated a check in at 2pm with the room ready.
The breakfast is outstanding and worth the price included in the stay.
I am a frequenter visitor to this particular hotel because of the service it provides.

Incidental charge did not drop off as expected. I called the front desk, got laughed at, and told to charge back the incidental. You can’t chargeback a pending charge. Had to call the corporate number for help.

It was going to be mild for December so I booked 1 night at the beach with plans to take my dog along. I booked thru secondary site and there was a 200$ pet fee which was more than the cost of my room. When I called to ask about my reservation they cut the fee to $100 which I thought was generous.

We were unable to stay there because they did not have any over flow parking for oversized vehicles. We are still currently waiting on our refund as well since our only option was to get a refund and book a toom in the Courtyard hotel next door. I was looking forward to our stay ad well as the room looked very nice. Still have not received our refund yet.

Well, it's right on the Boardwalk and we had an Oceanview from our room. Nothing is really open on the Boardwalk itself because of the winter season so don't waste your time. If you really want to do some shopping head on over to Rehoboth, Delaware it is only about 30 to 40 minutes from Oceancity Maryland. Just use Google maps to navigate there
all the shops and restaurants are open you won't be disappointed. If the bar is open in the Hyatt Place, it is open on Friday and Saturday ask Sandi for recommendations as where are the good places to eat ( just say Gregory from Guam recommend you she is fantastic!)
Well I hope you enjoy your stay. Also ask if their are non-ajoining rooms available because you can hear the neighbors. Otherwise it's a good place to stay.
