The pool area was very hot and humid. I realize it needs to be that way for swimmers, But spectators about die! The breakfast was just okay. Same thing both days. Was hot, but only 1 meat option..

Hyatt Place WDM is nice and clean, and the staff and service were very good. Our room was quiet and had a comfortable king bed, sofa, and a large TV, all worked well. Kids loved the pool. While I didn't use the exercise room, it looked like it was decently equipped.
The only disappointment was breakfast, which was very mid - selection was pretty minimal, and quality was meh. Well below Hampton level if you want to compare.

Our was cold. We really had to turn up the heat to make our room comfortable. We just felt cold air. Also the remote control in the room did not function. Plus it was missing the back of the remote.

The bathroom drain needs to be cleaned. Barely drains water. Toilet paper is the worst I have seen in any hotel.

Notice that microwaves are only available in the suites. The pocket door for the bathroom is weighty and "soft" (force) closes. Small children should be shown how to avoid pinched fingers. When I tried to use the phone, I got no dial tone. When I called the front desk from the hallway phone, I was told to push Guest Access(?) and then speaker and carry on the conversation with the speaker on. That inconvenient procedure is not in the dialing instructions. Location is convenient to Jordon Creek. We won't stay here again.

It was clean enough. We enjoyed awesome take out. The proximity all the things to do around Jordan Creek made the wedding weekend we attended just perfect.

Staff were very hospitable and welcoming even at midnight when we checked in. The room was very clean and a great size. Only problem was the shower pressure, but otherwise great place to stay for the night.
