Beautiful hotel and my room was comfortable. I had 2 issues. 1)The mini refrigerator did not keep my groceries cold. I had brought a few dietary items with me. I ended up putting them in the ice bucket. They were cold but wet. The other issue was the check in. I did not realize parking was not included. I drove in circles before going into the garage that was actually the $37 a day parking. There was no bag service. The front was so congested you co9uld not even drive through. No cart to bring my luggage in with. It took 2 trips. It was the same at check out. I hauled my luggage across the street in 2 trips to the parking garage. I stayed at the double tree the weekend before and it was not as fancy, but the service was much better, and they were much more accommodating,

Valet was not the friendliest, was in self park lane and they still took my key fob, gave me the wrong key fob and didn’t discover this for a couple of hours. Was able to move and park the car with my wife key fob, original valet person was rude and demanding

Staff were polite and helpful and went above and beyond to put my two rooms together and meet our allergy needs. The hotel is older and needs an update but our room was clean and had the most comfortable beds and pillows. The river view was amazing! Would definitely return!

Very nice and spacious hotel with a very good location and very friendly staff. I just want to point out that there is parking available but it is not included, as is breakfast. We really prefer this option to be included when booking to know the real cost of the stay.

Carpet was not clean. Bathroom floor stick most likely not mopped.common areas were nice. As for the rooms not very nice. No coffee offered in lobby. 30$ a night parking was not mentioned when reservation was made. Other than location I would stay here again.
