Independent (SPHC) HOTEL CENTRAL TIMES SQUARE, an IHG Hotel

Not a good service at all, I would choose other hotels for next business trip.

The rooms realy old and not clean at all

A nossa estadia foi muito boa. Para mim o diferencial do hotel é o atendimento. Todos os funcionários atenciosos e simpáticos. Ficamos 16 noites no hotel, quando chegamos conseguimos um check-in cedo e ganhamos um drinque de boas vindas. Todos os dias tinha pipoca e água saborizada. Além disso existe filtro e gelo disponível. No quarto encontramos garrafa cortesia que enchíamos nos filtros disponíveis. O quarto é pequeno, mas confortável. Entretanto, não dispõe de armários, gavetas ou lugares para pendurar e guardar as roupas. Apenas uma arara com poucos cabides.

Nice modern hotel. The rooms are quite small and there are only two elevators for 25 floors and I was always standing in line waiting to go up or down. I needed to for that when coming and going. Ice machine is in the basement so it will take 15 to 20 minutes to go down on the elevator get the ice and come back up. Yet it is in a great location, very cute, very friendly staff and very clean in the rooms. Big bathrooms and very comfortable.

Very nice clean safe hotel. Updated modern rooms. Not the greatest area but central location good for doing touristy things like theater and dinning. I recommend highly.

Everything was great plus an early check in! Clean comfortable room! No problems!

This was a great find-- close to Times Square without being right in the press of after-show crowds. This is around the corner from Restaurant Row,and has an adorable bar/restaurant area. The staff was super friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Added 30 dollars for amenity fees. Room was uncomfortable except the bed. Morning time was huge rush. We arrived before 12 midnight but were told that 10 dollar on dinner/meals etc. could be adjusted on next day meals. Overall, not such a great experience in comparison to similarly priced NY hotels

Room was very clean. Staff was very friendly. Convenient to Penn Station and midtown sights

The staff were fantastic, especially the friendly chatty reception staff. Michael and Fransisco were great guys.

The room I stayed I was small, for two beds to be put inside… Absolutely no space

We really enjoying staying at Voco. The staff is very friendly and courteous, the rooms are always clean and the location is perfect. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in NYC

The hotel was a great stay. It had an outdoor seating area and a game area. The bar area was nice as well.
