독립(SPHC) PULSE PNT STES AT FORT SAM HOU, an IHG Hotel

Poop was in my hotel room and when asked the manager about it she said the cleaner had a family emergency I was so upset and am still being charged for it

Not the same room as we booked online. Not considering the peoples stay by letting us know it was under construction without any breakfast in the morning.

No room service for 3 (!!!) nights stay. I requested twice with no success.

It was an OK stay. Economical, hot water and good bed...thats all we needed.

Hallways smelled horrible and dirty. Room was spacious but it was not clean at all. Bring your own toiletries as the ones provided are pretty useless. Also, they have a full kitchen, with stove and a full size fridge but nothing to go with it. No cutlery, plates, cups or anything to cook with. The TV had no remote and the front desk did not have any extras. Room was missing light bulbs and it was very dark. This room should have been at most $60 per night and not $115. They had no breakfast as they're under renovation. Would NOT stay here again. Any review rating this place over a 5 is a fake review. Only good thing I have to say about this place other than the room size was that the front desk staff was nice, otherwise, stay away.

El hotel es muy viejo, el baño huele mal y adicional el servicio es pésimo. No me regresaron mi depósito. No lo recomiendo. Hay mejores opciones en la zona por el mismo precio.

The lady we checked in with on the first night was wonderful. My reservation was not showing up on their side and she was able to make it right and only charge us the deal we found online. The gentleman the next day was also very respectful but the lady on the third day was not the nicest. She kept acting like we didn’t have a room and asking us our room number which I understand to a point but we had already stayed two nights so there was no reason for it along with the attitude. I think we were just more taken aback because the services before were excellent. The room was clean and nicely set up but the toilet was clogged when we arrived and the bathroom faucet felt like it would fall off at any moment. The pool was well kept and the lobby areas were clean. Breakfast was not impressive but was in fact available. This is somewhere I would stay again if I needed to be in the area. It was child friendly and felt mostly secure.

Rooms were musky and furniture was old, comfy beds and AMAZING Staff.

Nesesitan mas variedad en el almuerzo,mas shampoo y acondicionador en el baño,el baño no contaba con secador para el cabello. Personal atento y muy amable

The price tell you all. It is okay stay. Is an old building the carpet smells humid. The room are spacious

amazing stay

Me gusto que estaba a una excelente distancia del evento al que asisti por tres dias. Lo que no me gusto fue que durante los tres dias no hicieron limpieza del cuarto.
