Hotel is very dated, the outside areas are very pretty and the pools looked nice. It is lots of walking to the main building, but easy to walk through each building. The first day my ac went out and was blowing hot air, maintenance fixed it quickly. There was also not much hot water, showers were cold. The shower curtain smelled of mildew and the towels were frayed. There were lots of stains on the hall carpets. One of our rooms had the fire alarm hanging off the wall, bathroom door was broken and locked you in, stains on the walls, and stains in the shower. The hotel is too expensive to be this run down.

The front desk, bellman, valet and massage services were excellent however the property is really dirty and needs some renovation. Just not worth what I paid for this is a hotel that I would make it a 2 to 3 star hotel Max but cleanliness should really be the number one priority. It’s a shame that I had to pay as much as I did to stay at this resort because it did not have a resort fee, but more of a hotel feeling.

Loved the pool and hot tub area. Nice having the outdoor bar available.

Room was very nice and spacious. Well lit and bed and pillows comfortable. Bathroom was lovely but sink could use some draino. Wished there had been a microwave and parking spaces should be wider. Overall very nice place to stay.

I booked two king suite room and was told when I got there that they overbooked and did not have a room for what I paid and instead put me in a one king room instead. They would not refund me the price difference

Hotel has nice common areas & grounds. However, it is very outdated. Many things did not work in our room - heater, shower hot water (lukewarm), TV functions. Also, paper coffee cups and other lack of minor amenities just showed second rate quality. Promised $100 credit was not applied to our account as promised after one mishap. The spa (Sante) was also the same - not hot water for the spa, steam room didn't work, locker rooms in major need of upgrades. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel or go back.

I had to stay here because I was evacuated due to the fires. This place was not clean and there were ants all over the hotel. My first night there I woke up to them all over the lid to a jar that I left on the table. I moved rooms because of this, and then they were all over the second room as well. But I did not have any other options because a lot of people were evacuated. I would never stay here again, and would not recommend staying here to anyone!

Friendly, clean, comfortable, a lot of amenities

We had an unfortunate stay there. There’s a lot to get into, but I would say there’s so many other nicer places to stay within Palm Springs and Palm Desert. One of the things that really bothered me was they play canned music all day until the night through very terrible speakers.

The hotel is tired and the carpets are stained and dirty. Reception tried to put me in a room (building 5) looking over the parking lot - even though the property was maybe 1/4-1/2 full. I had to request at least a garden or pool view. I also don't love a hotel that has a security guard roaming our hallway 24/7. It doesn't inspire confidence.

The hotel was nice. My main complaint was you pay so much to stay there that they actually charged you to park there. NOT VERY COOL, well just my opinion.

This resort offers many options for a relaxing weekend, however, the spa could be more staffed as we have tried to make massage appointments and were unable to for a lack of massage therapists. I know they just bought the property and it is new so maybe this is the reason. The rooms are exceptional, clean and comfortable. If you’re lucky enough to stay in one of the downstairs units open to the lawn it is so relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel as it looks like they take pride in what they offer their customers in keeping the hotel as pristine as possible.

One pool and one hot tub not heated . Not working .

Upon arrival greeted by valet, check in was easy and friendly bags were in our room when we arrived to the room. Dinner with family and friends. Johnny Costa‘s Italian restaurant is a must. Also foxy, Restaurant, Palm Desert. Close to Casino and downtown shopping.

Great place to stay, conveniently located to down town. Great staff.

-We were two couples in our early 30s -Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable -Pool area was nice -staff was very friendly -hotel is in a good location close to down town -7 eleven close by as well some restaurants Overall very happy with the value received for the price point, better than expected

Staff at the front and customer service is terrible. Very disappointed.
