The towels were clean, the floors are hardwood and clean, bathroom clean. Beds are pretty awful and pillows thinner than what you get in a hospital but you get what you pay for. Love that it was pet friendly. Cute on site cat named Monroe.

The stairs had the same litter during my entire stay. There were lipstick and mascara marks on the counter next to the sink in my room. No hangers, alarm clock, or hair blower in the room. The deadbolt on the door could not be used because it didn't line up correctly with the strike plate. The door latch could not be used because the piece that attaches to the door frame was missing.

I had higher hopes, especially about the price. The pics DON'T match what you'll see in person! This place is a dirty motel that has not been cleaned or restored and is painted over. "Beach club"? Uh NOPE! It was a cheap (Not price) old, half-done refurbished hotel. The shower was like a power washer! AWFUL! The staff was kind and loved the cat Marylyn, but that's about it. There are lots of shady people all around the outside. Never again!

Rooms are decent looking. Bed was a bit lumpy and nkt quiet if you moved around. Our shower was broken and water got everywhere on the floor. Loved that the pool/hottub were open until midnight and very well heated! Close to downtown Palmsprings.

I was placed into a room the room was not opening so they moved my room. The second room’s toilet wouldn’t flush. I asked for a refund and haven’t received anything or heard back.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at The Infusion in Palm Springs, and I am requesting a partial refund. The shower and bathtub were absolutely disgusting, with unfinished stucco and drywall, and screws falling out of the walls. The TV didn’t work, wasn’t connected to anything, and was shockingly small—no larger than 12 inches. There wasn’t even a landline in the room, which added to the feeling of being unsafe. The location felt very insecure, and the noise throughout the complex was constant and disruptive, making it impossible to relax. Overall, the entire stay was uncomfortable and unacceptable. I strongly advise against staying here and hope to receive a resolution regarding my refund. Let me know if you’d like to adjust anything!

The woman at the front desk was very friendly. Lots of snacks and drinks for sale in the main lobby. I had a normal, single king bed room and it was pretty basic. Smart TV that I was able to connect my phone to but rather small TV. The pool and hot tub area was the highlight for me, very comfortable and the pool was heated very nicely. Overall I'd stay again but the normal rooms were nothing too special.

Cece was a wonderful manager and provided drinks, bbq service and a wonderful stay. The rooms were very clean and I give credit to the housekeepers for everything they do. The front desk ladies were very professional. The hotel's beach spot had a heated pool and spa that was used every day. They clean the pool and spa 3 times a week. The Hotel was surrounded with nice restaurants casinos, and bars!!

The staff was all friendly. This was a very basic place. The room needed some tending too (some paint was needed in the toilet and shower area, the tissue container fell out of the wall, The cords for the TV were just hanging in a bunch, and the toilet didn't flush well. They desperately need new pillows for the beds as currently they give you small flat pillows which caused my neck to hurt after only sleeping there one night. It had the basics, It was clean, and the staff were all nice. Would I stay there again, probably not, but it was cheap and if you are looking for a cheap place it is a good choice.

It was outdated, the floors were dirty, we asked for extra pillows and we didnt recieve any. The pillows were lumpy and not comfortable, the bed had springs in it and wasnt great, the shower was poorly kept up. Womt be staying there again
