The photos did not match the actual conditions. After about an hour I realized I could not sleep there, so I booked a room at a nearby hotel and turned in my key. All the manager had to offer was “no refunds” and when I notified him that the photos did not portray the actual conditions, he just stated that I “have a problem”. The conditions: The cheap white faux wood flooring and stark lighting made the entire room feel like a bathroom, except near the door where it was black from tracked in dirt. The shower floor looked moldy. The curtains wouldn’t close entirely and were home to several spiders. The clothes rod still had its Home Depot SKU sticker on it. I would have rather slept in my car than sleep here.

We've stayed there five nights in two weeks because work was being done on our home the pool is amazing but in the bathroom is window three ft by two ft that doesn't lock it opens wide enough for an adult to climb in the shower is one of this kits made of fiberglass the floor price is in wrong the drain is two inches high so you stand in two inches of water because it doesn't drain and in the shower cubicle ceiling is a square manhole that isn't closed properly and the ceiling light isn't flush so live wires are exposed to water the tv remote doesn't work you literally have to get out of bed and almost strike yoga poses for it to work we love the pool but we won't be back

The pool is great the bed is comfortable the very large open window in the bathroom in the bathroom is weird and the remote on the tv works if you're a gymnast but I could live in the pool

location was close to downtown and not far from student housing

We live on a ranch about 75 miles out of town in the desert once a month we come to town for a break we discovered this property last month love the pool and came back again and wasn't disappointed you've won us over

Hotel was older. Room needed a lot of upgrades. Ac unit was in the “bathroom” couldn’t feel no cold air in the room. Room never got cold! Bed was comfortable.

Noisy and not so efficient AC unit. Cleanliness: acceptable. Overall spacious room, decent bed. Can't ask for more for this price.

Clean. Quiet. Felt safe. Managers are on site, and professional. Well maintained swimming pool and jacuzzi. Hard wood flooring in the room gave it a clean, spacious feel. This hotel is an older motel, but has been updated with modern amenities such as flat screen t.v., built in charging port at lamp area, and backlit bathroom mirror with mirror defogger. Our room smelled fresh. Nice linens. Good pillows. You can tell they try to keep things clean, I even saw a maintenance man cleaning the parking lot and upstairs walk way area. Even though it is an older hotel, the price was right and we chose to stay here over the higher-priced, newer hotel next door. Would absolutely stay here again.

I would stay here again! It's less than a mile to the Cal Poly Campus which was really convenient for walking/running!

Nice spot for super quick trip to SLO. Right by Freeway for quick travel getaway. Bed comfortable - ask for a room on second floor as a little noisy on ground floor. Free parking and good location.

The room was supposed to be a king bed but we had a queen. Terrible

Very nice staff. Rundown property with lots of deferred maintenance

When I arrived, the bedroom door was left wide open. The bedroom door latch was completely ineffective, allowing anyone to easily push it open without effort. The room carried an unpleasant odor, making me feel uneasy and unsafe. As a result, I barely got any sleep. The entire property is rundown and filthy both inside and out. Piles of furniture and supplies cluttered the parking lot, occupying a significant amount of space. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.
