Last minute trip to the beach and I was not disappointed! I loved that the hotel had an entrance from the Main Street right off the pier. The rooftop was amazing. Was able to take the kiddo swimming, lounge around and order drinks and food from the restaurant all on the rooftop! They only offer valet parking which was fine with me bc they were on top of it and had our vehicle out to us quickly. There are many restaurants and shops all within walking distance because your in the heart of it all but it was still very quiet. The room was large and comfortable and we loved the shower. We’ll definitely be returning!

This property is in a great place at Pismo Beach. There was no self-parking and it was not clearly called out. Towel holders is all rusted and was not safe to use, I guess. The Beds were not that comfortable.

The location of this hotel is prime - right on the pier with walkable distances to all of the restaurants and cafes nearby. However, that comes at a cost — very noisy at night. The hotel sits right next to a few pubs and a dance club as well, which resulted in our room literally shaking from the bass of the music. On top of that, everytime we flushed our toilet there was a loud dripping, tap noise coming from the ceiling. Overall, it was a clean room with nice features in a prime location, but if you want a quiet, relaxing trip, maybe go somewhere else.

Great stay as always- excellent staff, particularly the valet staff, and great view of the ocean from my room. Clean and quiet, and great location near a lot of eateries, shops, etc.

Property is very nice, clean. $30/ day for valet is unacceptable. Why do hotels charge such high fees to park on their own properties? Why do they have to gouge the people who want to experience their properties. Ridiculous

Place is very exceptional to have a pleasant getaway while experiencing the bar and fire pits in the night time. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great hotel.

Very disappointed with the rooftop pool. We were really looking forward to watching the sunset, enjoying a dip in the pool and hot tub, along with a happy hour cocktail…when we discovered that the pool is in the middle of a restaurant on the roof and the seats to watch the sunset are taken up by the restaurant. Very awkward feeling swimming in the middle of folks having a somewhat higher end dining experience.

Property was very clean, staff was really nice. Parking is mandatory valet, $30, never happy about that...but it was okay this time since i wasnt going in/out. Rooftop for New Years Eve reserved for event, with tickets at $108 pp. I wish they'd start including that with your reservation, but never do. I ate next door at Vespera, which appeared to be a better setting for festivities and accommodations. It was a gorgeous hotel, and outdoor seating with fire pits. For the money here, i had ocean view, but its really of the parking lot...not really worth it. But overall the stay was nice. I know im not sounding very helpful for a review, im really trying here. The only complaint i have about the room was the shower, it was down right awful. Calcium deposits, shower water barely flowing well, downright disgusting. And lighting in room is super dim, so dont bring a book to enjoy. Overall, id say stay nextdoor for the first time, then try Inn at the pier.

It was horrible sooooo noisy from 5 am on horrible no parking on grounds unless you pay 30 $ found 2 rocks in our soup and broke a toothe .restaurant was absolutely poor food choices and only 5 choices was one of the most bad experiences in a very long time.our waitress was a sweetheart tho and was very caring that my hubby broke his toothe and took the rock to the chef

Everything regarding the hotel and pismo beach in general was great, been going there for years! Only issue I really had was the front desk lady the first night was a little rude. I’m pretty easy going and ask for the bare minimum so me writing this I’m sure says something. Apart from that I 10/10 recommend!!

This place was beautiful. In the pictures when booking it showed the outdoor fireplaces. Unfortunately you can only sit out there when you dine in their restaurant. I was hummed about that. Other than that the place is in a great location and staff were nice.

This property was great and we had a fantastic stay. Staff was very accommodating and on top of everything.
