A Truly Disappointing Anniversary Experience I booked a one-night stay at the IHG Hotel in Bellevue to celebrate my 37th anniversary, expecting a memorable and enjoyable experience. Sadly, it turned into one of the most disappointing stays I’ve ever had. Given that it was Christmas Eve and dining options can be limited during the holidays, I took the extra step of calling the front desk in advance to confirm restaurant availability. I explained the importance of the occasion and was reassured that the hotel had two restaurants open, along with room service. Trusting this information, I went ahead with the booking. Upon arrival, we discovered the harsh reality: there were no restaurants open at all. The hotel is apparently “preparing to open three restaurants in the future,” which is nowhere near the assurance I received over the phone. The only dining option was a ridiculously overpriced lobby bar with a very limited menu that didn’t even remotely meet expectations. To make matters worse, room service had no physical menu—only an option to scan a QR code. And guess what? The app was absolutely useless, leading nowhere. This lack of honesty and proper service completely ruined what was supposed to be a special celebration. I felt misled, frustrated, and utterly let down by the lack of care and preparation from this hotel. I wouldn’t recommend the IHG Hotel Bellevue to anyone, especially for a special occasion.

The staff were wonderful. Room was beautiful, clean, and quiet. The only downside was the rain shower didn’t provide enough pressure.

The property is clean and beautiful. It’s walking distance to the shopping areas and restaurants. We are scheduled to arrive early at the property and reached out to customer service the night before if we can leave our bags at the front desk and they said they can take care of that. After arriving this morning they were able to accommodate an early check in. The staff are amazing. We appreciate Ali at the front desk and the rest of the staff at the lobby.

Upon arrival we were greeted with warm welcome from the valet and the check in desk. The hotel is very new and modern. Our room was situated in the middle of the hall as I requested. The hotel was quiet during the night and look out to the Bellevue Square. The only concern was, the next morning it was very windy outside and we could hear the wind sound in the room. It stopped after we put a towel underneath the door.

The parking rate of $65 per night seems high due to it not been LA or NY downtown. Plus there was a $25 service fee. I am not sure what that was for as there is limited on site facilities. Gym was clean and basic. No work space or business area. Ok hotel and will not expect to return. Better options in the city area with free parking or pools

Amazing property! Pretty expensive for small rooms, even suites, but great views.

Leanna at the concierge was so helpful and kind. Gerry and Ali at the check-in desk were so helpful too. We will be back for sure!

The room was beautiful and our concierge, Leanne, was instrumental in making this a special weekend for my partner and I. I dropped off some supplies that Leanne and her team setup in the room before our arrival as a surprise, and she was also able to get us a last minute reservation at Ascend Steakhouse to cap off our night. I look forward to staying again!

Great stay, beautiful hotel!

Very nice newer hotel in downtown Bellevue. Room was clean and as expected. Limited options for food in the hotel is the only negative.
