No Air conditioning! No heating ! Average staff attitude

Room was clean and good size. Staff was friendly and very helpful. I would stay again.

The room was good. Clean. Just stayed there overnight. Breakfast was not great - limited selection. Industrial and very busy location.

We stayed at this property while attending the US Open. It was quiet and convenient to the venue.

Great place, close to everything. The only problem was the smell, not from the room but from the water.

I chose this hotel because it was close to the US Open and close to LGA airport. I appreciate that they had clear instructions how to get there and to the train. Breakfast was kind of pathetic, rooms were clean and staff was friendly enough. Walls are paper thin. If you are an outsider, this IS Chinatown. Local restaurants are widely Asian. Plus is that they are open late and offer seafood and vegetarian options.

Location was ok. Hotel condition appears to be a bit older and worse than it appears in the pictures. The bedding felt a damp so not sure if the humidity was too high in the building

This is a very basic hotel. It was clean with comfortable beds and friendly staff. There are lots of food options around the property.

Adequate accommodation. Friendly front desk reception. Bad odors. Breakfast was subpar.

First impression was if this was in the US. No one speaks english. Room is mediocre, sheets had holes in them. No iron box when asked they want you to go to the reception to pick it. Breakfast is extreme poor quality. Watery oatmeal, one peanut butter jar and everyone has to pick from it. Hygiene is very poor. Unless you need a roon to crash in an emergency, I would not recommend it.

The other reviews for this property don’t appear to be legit. This hotel is conveniently located in Chinatown but there is no way anyone who has stayed in just a nice Motel 8 or Holiday Inn could rate this as exceptional or above average. It is dark, dingy and smelly. The halls and doors are unclean and unwelcoming. The rooms—look at the pictures and downgrade it at least two levels. That’s what it’ll be. The bathroom was fair, but the actual living/sleeping quarters will make you feel very nervous about sleeping in the bed, touching the covers, or even using the remote for the tv. The other reviews are very misleading and likely false.

front desk is polite

I recently stayed at this hotel for a short trip. Overall, the experience was okay. The location is excellent—close to restaurants, public transportation, and local attractions, which made getting around very convenient. However, the room cleanliness left something to be desired. While the basics were in place, it didn’t feel thoroughly cleaned, and some surfaces could definitely use more attention. Additionally, the facilities and decor felt dated, with signs of wear and tear throughout the building.
