Kimpton ARMORY HOTEL BOZEMAN, an IHG Hotel

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Hotel is within walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. Rooms were very clean.

We had a wonderful time. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is conveniently walking distance to many of the shops and restaurants. Will stay again.

NYE dinner was a disaster. My pregnant wife got food poisoning.

Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed in the stay. I do not think it is reasonable to call this a 5 star hotel. There was a large amount of noise throughout the night, both being able to hear coughing or other noises from other rooms, and the heating system had a very high pitch scream, similar to a dog whistle that kept me up and woke me up a lot. I resorted to playing music quietly to drown out all the noise. Also, the lights in the bathroom specifically flickered a lot. Whenever using the bathroom, the 3 pronged light in the corner kept flickering and getting more or less bright constantly. Ended up keeping the light off, the door open and using the light from the room to see a little. Finally, the bathroom was actually pretty nasty. The corners of the exterior of the shower were filthy and rusted. I would rate this as a 3 star hotel and argue that this is just a small upgrade in amenities from say a Hampton inn. Most likely will use AirBnB in Bozeman in the future, since this is the only 5 star in town (that I’m aware of), and it was pretty disappointing. I am not usually the type to complain whatsoever, but this really missed the mark for me.

Beautiful comfortable hotel with top notch and very attentive staff. Sadly our experience was rather poor due to no hot water in the shower and a mix up with breakfast (was served cold and in a to-go box after a 40-minute wait; food was disappointing too, no flavours). Their restaurant doesn’t accommodate any dietary restrictions, so not able to get a vegetarian/vegan meal. Disappointing for a 5-star property.

The hotel, service and staff was what one might expect of a five star hotel. Many if not most five star hotels in NYC are not even comparable. Staff is sincerely nice and help you everyday, not only on the day you check in. Hotel locations is perfect as well, right in the center with many restaurants around that might be reached by foot within 1-10 min. Do try the roof top bar, the view is to “kill” for.

Staff was so pleasant. The food at Thr Fieldings was quite good. The Sky Bar food was average but great view and service. We loved the daily afternoon happy hour and the hot chocolate bar.

Awesome location and property. Unfortunately the boiler failed on the Saturday night and we had no hot water Sunday morning before we checked out.

Nice hotel, severely overpriced for what it actually is. This is a 3 star hotel pretending it is a 5 star hotel. All of the staff however are wonderful and the service was excellent which almost made up for the uncomfortable bed and lumpy pillows.
