Staff was so nice and accommodating. Hotel is great, and we literally walked 20 steps to the Golden 1 Center. Will definitely stay here again.

Check in was 4pm. They didn’t have the our room ready until 6pm. I have a feeling they hadn’t actually reserved a room for us since we were told there was no assigned room number when we first arrived and we paid for one of their best room which was nothing special at all.

I stayed here for an overnight after the concert, the room service and unexpected surprise of chocolates and fancy water was amazing. the king size room was spacious and the oversized tub in the shower was something I had to experience once in my lifetime. it was a much needed night away and exceeded all of my expectations. would definitely stay again.

We had a great weekend getaway to Sacramento for the kings game. This hotel is literally right next door to golden 1. You walk out and then entrance is right there. The revive bar was also a fun experience! Definitely want to stay here again. The only complaint would have is the bed seemed a little cheap for how fancy the hotel is. It was springy and not very comfortable. Everything else was top notch though!
