침대가 정말 편해요 침대 좋고 아침에 1층 무료 커피, 루프탑 무료 와인 좋습니다. 방음문제있고, 화장실에서 꿉꿉한 냄새 개선 필요

수압이 약하고 샤워기 헤드가 없는게 불편했습니다 위치나 청결상태는 좋습니다

위치는 좋았어요 바로옆에 소방서가 있어서 밤이 소음이 있었고 숙박인원 4명인데 종이컵 2개만 놔둬서 시정요청했는데 반영되지 않았고 샤워가운 쓰고 바닥에 둔 거 그대로 다시 놔두거나 마지막날에는 샤워가운을 제공하지 않고 배게커버가 바닥에 있는 상태 등 룸 청소가 마음에 들지 않았습니다

타임스퀘어랑 가까운건 좋은데 밤에 너무 시끄러움 수압 약함 깨끗하고 복도에 정수기, 얼음 비치되어 있는건 좋음

Great hotel

뉴욕에서 이렇게 깨끗하고 깔끔한 숙소를 찾기는 힘들것 같아요. 많은 검색과 가격비교 후 선택한 숙소였는데 매우 만족했습니다. 물론 생수나 기본 제공사항은 없었지만, 근처에 편의점이 매우 가깝고 브로드웨이와 타임스퀘어, 지하철역도 가까워서 다니기 정말 편리했습니다. Destination Fee는 하루당 $35입니다. 오전에 무료커피 서비스와 오후 5시 와인이 제공됩니다. 로비부터 매우 향기로워서 뉴욕시내에서는 경험할 수 없는 후각적 만족이 있었어요!

I hope they remind me there is a near construction going on while booking or at least at check in so we can request to change the room. The noise is unbearable on the last two days affecting our sleep quality.

Very nice , good location friendly hotel

I was treated rudely by the staff and racially profited. I was treated like a criminal for trying to obtain the waters I was told I would get with my booking. They triple held 1300 dollars on two separate credit cards as a security hold and overcharged me at the restaurant. When I found the mistake they took it off the bill but feel they have shady practices. Beware.

Wow. The only nice person on the staff was the housekeeping lady. The security guard followed me when I went to get water like I was going to steal it, they triple held a security deposit of 1300 dollars on my card, so 3600 for a three night stay, the bar “happy hour” over charged me for the so called 10 dollar wine (33 dollars a glass) among other false charges. When I asked for two new bottles of water because we had checked in again for a new reservation the fourth night they again treated me like a criminal. I spent over 2k for 4 nights and was racially profiled as a pauper I guess.

Inside the Kimpton Theta is great, room was very clean, bed comfortable and staff was amazing. Unfortunately, the area around has become a bit rough (even for New York). I would recommend if traveling as a couple/ group, as a single woman I had to take a taxi at night. Thank you Kimpton Theta for making my stay wonderful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kimpton Theta. Everything was great: room was spacious, comfortable and very clean, the hotel staff were pleasant, and the hotel was pretty quiet given how close we were to Times Square. Didn’t see this stated in the amenities, but free regular coffee from 6-9 am in the hotel cafe each morning. The location worked great for us, good proximity to theatres and short walks to multiple subway stops. And if you stay here and love gelato, Gelatoville is about a 5 minute walk, and we can’t recommend it enough!

Where to start… booked two rooms / family of 5 and they didn’t do joined rooms. Then, one of the rooms smelled terrible so I asked for a different room and suddenly everyone became very rude and almost insulted

Great trip! Every single member of the hotel staff we encountered was so nice and helpful. The location is convenient to everything! Just a couple block walk to Times Square, the subway, tons of restaurants, and shows…Room was very comfortable. Will be back for sure!

Very clean. Exceptional check in experience. Not crazy about the resort fee.
