The staff was extremely helpful. There was a fridge and a microwave which wasn't mentioned in the ad, so that was a bonus. All around very convenient location, not far from the subway and food.. would definitely stay here again.

The room was a nice size, but it was filthy. Grouting in the bathroom was stained, the shower was grimy and the floor was filthy in the room. There was a used band aid on the floor so it also clearly wasn’t swept. Other than that it was quiet and cheap, but I got what I paid for.

I keep coming back here. When I get a room with a good shower it’s the perfect local hotel

Stayed in so many rooms here over time I can confirm that almost all rooms have comfortable beds and w normal pillows. Havent mentioned in other reviews and it’s not appreciated enough that most of their bedsheets (and obv towels) are all cotton. Rooms are all almost identical, just small things vary room to room. I tend to like the smaller rooms usually but they are all slightly different in small ways, If you come just for one or 2 nights it won’t even influence your experience probably it’s just stuff that can add up if you’re staying 3 nights or more (but they have daily housekeeping and don’t make you wait for hours if you need to change towels or anything like that kkke in some hotels. They’re very normal when it comes to this No problems at all when it comes to that at all , worst case scenario you’ll go downstairs and pick up whet u need if it’s some cray hour in the morning and housekeeping is doing other rooms etc /less # of staff. Elevator is quick here plus there are stairs it’s not a big hotel it’s all compact but enough room for all guests not to feel on top of each other

I like this tired I goose it over others in the area but it can depend on the room you get. Some items in some rooms need to be updated thoughrally cleaned etc that’s not a big or expensive to fix so I’m sure they’ll get to it eventually (for example the roller shades & windows and ac in some rooms need a good cleaning or some shower heads to be replaced/updated. So quick fixes but just aren’t standardized across all rooms and can make a difference if u stay more than one night. Whole vibe is hotel is great though. Compact, overall clean esp the halls. Windows open and u can get food deliveries etc right to your door. The park that’s down the block is straight up incredible. It’s safe even for women alone in the am. Spread out on huge hill overlooking entire stretch from jerzy to uptown. Staff super cool here too and u notice it’s low turnover even w housekeeer staff so tells u the energy of hotel is good. Most guest seem to be from mid 30s-40s. Very laid back good value for money as they say hotel. I appreciate them.

the place is very clean. they clean your room and stock new towels. very hard to park typical of new york. but ill come back here to stay again.

This property is in a fairly convenient area, it’s on a bus line & easy to get to if you’re driving. There’s no parking. I got a $115 ticket, but that’s a me problem. The property itself was not well maintained. My room had peeling wallpaper, mold, and what I assume was water damage and more mold under the air conditioning unit. Also it smelled funny.

The staff during our stay was never at the front. You had to wait at least 10 minutes before they appeared and if there was any issues you would have to wait for him to appear because the phone wouldn't have anyone to answer and no bell or anything to notify someone that we needed assistance. Also steer clear of this hotel if you want to book a double bed room above first floor. All their double beds are underground and anything first floor and up are queen sized.

Seemed reasonably safe and decent enough for the pricing. Staff was friendly and efficient. I was able to park my car on the street near the hotel and not have it towed or stolen while I stayed there for a few days. The room was a little bit dirty on the walls but mostly clean and full of little amenities. The walls and doors are thin so it can be very noisy when people are in the hallways but other than that I would definitely recommend this hotel to people needing a cheaper place to stay in Brooklyn.
