실내 온도가 조절되지 않았던 것을 제외하면 매우 만족 합니다. 편리한 위치와 시설 및 조식 모두 훌륭했습니다.

위치가 너무 좋았습니다. 딱 한가지 아쉬운점은 밤에 거리 소음이 너무 잘 들렸는데, 주말이 아니라면 괜찮을거 같네요

The 2 welcome drinks every day including wine and beer and the free breakfast which is very comprehensive considering there is no charge were both unexpectedly pleasant surprises. The staff are very friendly and efficient. A great choice

The location is just perfect. So close to everything that Chicago has to offer, so convenient! There is a parking garage one block away (Greenway) from the hotel. The staff was SO friendly and helpful. The breakful was great but a bit crowded, the beds were so comfortable!!!!! FREE wine and (tap) beer from 5-7pm!!!!! Just overall awesome!!! 10/10 We would definitely stay again!!!!

The entire staff was all very nice and helpful! From front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast staff. We did not have a great view. The room was not bad but very narrow and seemed like it needed a refresh as stuff was a little banged up. The shower was older style and the curtain was too short so water dripped over the side . The room did seem clean. Missed out on the free drinks but the continental breakfast was great and the staff manning kept it stocked. Front desk staff were very friendly and so was housekeeping. The valet parking was a little weird we had no valet attendant . We left our car on the street and key at the desk but it all was good no issues just not normal valet experience. It’s a good hotel if u aren’t going to hang out at the hotel as there are no real big common spaces;however There are plenty of hangout options close.

This hotel was so beautiful! Easy to access and felt very safe with key cards to enter the building after hours. There was a happy hour with drinks and snacks that we enjoyed, also a breakfast in the morning, which is unusual for a hotel in the city! Our room was very clean and spacious! The staff was friendly and helpful! We loved that it was so close to the river and tons of restaurants, easy access to the park and lots of shopping! Definitely will stay here again!

Everything in this area is expensive, but all things considered, the Kinzie is the best bang for your buck! Great spacious room and bathroom, breakfast and happy hour, amazing staff!

I wish they still had robes. Those were nice robes.

Room wasn’t ready for check in almost an hour past check in time, but Deandre was able to move us into a room that was ready. The initial desk associate just said “check back in an hour to 30min. The hotel has no lobby or shared space other than an odd “hospitality room” on one of the upper floors with a nightly “happy hour” and breakfast. It was a functional hotel, but nothing really worth 250 a night.

J’ai adoré cette hôtel. Situé à côté de la rivière, vous retrouverez plein d’accommodants tels que des restaurants, bar, dépanneur etc. Les déjeuner sont simples mais on ne manque de rien. Le personnel est hyper sympathique et ils vous offrent des bouteilles d’eau quand vous en demandez, très pratique après de longues marches. Excellent hôtel je recommande

Our room was beautiful and comfortable! We had the City View which overlooked the street in front of the hotel. This added some excitement as we enjoyed watching the people on the street below. Oh, and did I mention Happy Hour? Yes, Happy Hour from 5p-7p everyday! The hotel lobby was a little bare in my opinion, like it needed some art on the walls or plants in the corners. But that doesn't change our opinion of the hotel and we will definitely stay again! Loved!
