La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Austin - Cedar Park

Horrible customer service, very dirty and the AC didnt work on the 3rd floor hall. My daughter got a washcloth that had a dirty handprint on it. Will never stay here again.

Great place! Room was great and so was breakfast. Hotel staff are always nice and helpful.

Everything went well at this property. It is not as busy so we received an early check in. Room was well equipped. There is less natural light than expected given narrow window front. The service was nice. Breakfast was basic but enough and the location is central at Cedar Park.

The room was dated and dirty. Towels should be white not gray and almost see through. The lobby and common areas were better but the room was so dirty the floors would make you feet black.

THE TOWELS WERE NOT CLEANED. THE COLOR WAS LIKE GRAY INSTEAD OF WHITE BECAUSE OF THE DIRTINESS

I put in a silly request when I made the booking and Auvia jumped at the chance to fulfill it! I’ve never had a hotel entertain my silly requests, so getting this kind of surprise was just incredible! The room was comfortable, the hotel was quiet, service was impeccable, and the breakfast was delicious! All in all, a 10/10 stay!! We WILL be back!!

Our stay was awesome. They did over charge me and waiting to see if they will reimburse me.

The only thing I would fix would be the shower. It was the handicap accessible shower, which we needed. The water pressure was way too low and there was no shower curtain at all. That makes it a little too breezy without one and lets water go everywhere.

Super bad cleaning

The food was nasty, cold and they ran out before breakfast hours were even over. The room was so run down and our door was broke and wouldnt lock. It smelled mold and was wet feeling. Theyre was dust, scratches, scrapes, missing caulking all over the room and bathroom. One of the worst places weve stayed.

There was only one thing i wanna bring up fisrt .the bed had metal handles, that stuck out and i keep hitting my legs.i had a small bruss the next day.not sure what they were for or why they had them..thats my only complaint..As far as recommending this hotel absolutely the price is good,customer service is excellent. The room was clean comfortable .And the staff was ever helpfull.when it was time to check out i realized i locked my keys in the car, .the maintenance gentleman helped me out and we did it. I usually have no here as I’ve stayed multiple times. However, this last day needed some attention. Got to my room, here in the bathtub and sheets on one of the made beds was dirty (blood). Fortunately there were two beds in the room. This was not an old stain but fresh and new (gross). However the afternoon and evening desk help were stellar and friendly as usual. I usually choose this place for the great front desk associates that I encounter when I get into Austin. Cleaning crew could use a little nudge though.

I always stay here when visiting family. Always clean and great little breakfast.

It is a nice property and staff were sweet.. The bed was just so uncomfortable and pillows were worthless!!! The A/C in the hallway was also not working so it was hot up there when you left your room.

Well.disapointed with my chossing of this hotel ....furniture rundown...very stinky room.smells like mold...nasty smell every day .even after opening up window and running ac every day...i hve stayed at a la Quinta hotel in san diego ca. A couple of times and was very different experience.
